Realizing you can like people aesthetically without it dictating your sexuality is so liberating tbh. Like, one can adore, even be obsessed with, the looks of someone of the same sex and still be straight. One can find people beautiful, and handsome, and fascinating, and still be asexual. I can like the physical appearance of someone of the opposite sex and still be gay. Finding physical beauty in people doesn’t equal to being physically, or sexually, or romantically attracted to them. Human beauty isn’t inherently sexual. Just wanted to put it out there.

JK Rowling is an utter ghoul. Spent her Easter Monday on a foul-mouthed rant comparing prominent trans people to criminals via association.

Her deliberate goading to be arrested under new Scottish hate crime law and the police have already said they’re not seeing it as criminal.

Part of me wishes they actually did arrest, the other part is laughing at what a fucking tit she’s just made of herself.

All this “Ohhh I’ll be targeted by the hate crime law, I dare them to arrest me,” and all for nothing.

Also worth mentioning that this demonstrates just how much deliberate misinformation bigots have spread about this hate crime legislation.
