Stuck In An Elevator

“Would you stop pacing and just look at me?” Hannah says and you sigh, as you turn around again you ignore her request as you try to keep everything under control.

“I don’t think you understand,” you say, as you continue pacing through the small space. It had been over three hours of the two of you being trapped in the small metal box and whilst you normally wouldn’t have cared too much, you could feel the changes that was happening in your body as your rut starts. Hannah gets to her feet and places her hand on your cheek, stilling you as her soft caress has you meeting her gaze for the first time in three hours, you shift uncomfortably as the feelings surge through your body and you sigh

“Please Hannah, I need you” you moan and you watch as her eyes bug out before she sees the change in your posture, sees the change to you as she gets closer and you can smell her as she wraps her arms your neck and whispers

“Take me, Tammy, I’m yours”, you growl as you take her up on her word.

Looking At Me Like That

As you entered the room in the maternity ward, you immediately rush over to where you’re little sister is resting in the bed, her newborn daughter, your niece, just an hour old was sleeping peacefully in her arms.

“Oh she’s beautiful” you gush as you look down at your niece and then meet your sister’s eyes, leaning down to place a kiss on the top of her head

“You truly did good Soph” you whisper and she smiles tiredly at you

“Yeah three and a half hours of labour and I feel like absolute cr*p” she says before looking down at her little girl “but its all worth it for this little cutie” she finishes and you nod. You can feel Sebastian’s presence behind you as the two fo you look down at the newest addition to the family. Sophie looks up at you and asks

“Would you like to hold her?” you nod your head enthusiastically, holding your arms out so that you can hold your niece for the first time. You hold her in your arms, close to your chest and coo at her, Sebastian instantly pulls you just a little closer to him and you can’t help the gentle smile from taking over your features.

“Y/N, Derek and I, we’ve been talking and we would like for you and Sebastian to be Joelle’s godparents” you gasp, looking over at your sister and then up at your fiance, your eyes meet and he gives you a nod before you turn to look back at your sister

“We would love to be Joelle’s godparents” you say and she squeals. You spend the next couple of minutes lost in the moment, wrapped in your fiance’s arms and looking down at your niece, a look of love and adoration for the small newborn in your arms. When you look back up at your sister and Derek, you raise an eyebrow

“Why are you looking at me like that?” you ask and they both look to each other before Derek holds up his phone, showing you the picture he had taken of you and Sebastian, gazing down at the small bundle in your arms

“I was just saying to Sophie, that I wonder when the two of you are going to have one of your own” you can’t help the furious blush that rises on your cheek at his words, before you look up and meet Sebastian’s gaze, and when he whispers

“Tell them love” you nod and say

“It’s going to be sooner then you think. I’m twelve weeks pregnant now” you say and your brother and sister look at you shocked

“Are you serious?” your sister asks, eyes filling with happy tears and you nod, before Sebastian pulls out the sonogram from his pocket and the two of them stare at it before they congratulate you. It truly was a day of happiness for your family, welcoming one new addition to the family and letting the last of your family know that you were pregnant.

You were cooking dinner in the kitchen when you looked up and saw Chris dancing around the living room and you couldn’t help the small smile that crosses your face at seeing him finally unwind after a long day at work. He looks over at you and gives you a cheeky grin, you shake your head as he makes his way over to you

“You’re an idiot” you say with a chuckle and he saunters over to you before wrapping his arms around your waist and placing a light kiss on your collar bone before he whispers with his thick Bama accent

“But you love me anyway” he says and you can’t help but moan as he moves your hair away from your neck and begins nibbling his way up along your neck and to the sensitive spot just behind your ear. You turn in his arms and lookup into those deep blue eyes and a smile spreads across your lips

“Of course I love you Chrissy” you say with a slightly teasing tone and he nips at your bottom lip before he places a hungry kiss against your lips. Its one filled with love and passion, something that still surprised you given his normal attitude towards such displays of affection, but having been with your boyfriend for the last eight months you loved seeing this side of him.

“I love you sugarbell” he says and you beam at his nickname for you, as you rest your head on his chest.

Day 14 - “I can’t come back.” with Ziva David

You stood there watching as she fought with her demons. You knew to give her this choice was going to be hard when it came to the personal things it always would be but you were just grateful that she was actually considering it this time. As her best friend, as her “sister” you wanted nothing more than for her to stay, for her to be able to watch her daughter grow and for her to be with the one true love of her life but your knew that her job was just as important and that she had many demons hunting her down.

“Please Ziva, you know you want to be here for Tali and for Tony, you want to be around the family that you claimed as your own” you say and she shakes her head, tears brimming and threatening to fall

“I thought I could do this, I thought I could stay Y/N but I can’t. When I leave this time, I can’t come back, it just hurts too much” she says and you take a step towards her, reaching out for her as she sobs. She lets you pull her close and you hold her as she shakes

“I’m not coming back Y/N. I am so sorry” she whispers and you place a kiss on the top of her head

“It’s okay Ziva, I understand” you say and she meets your gaze as the two of you share a small smile.

Day 16 -  “Listen. No, really listen.” with Sam Hanna

His lips on yours send a shiver down your spine and a heat throughout your body. You lookup into those big brown eyes and feel your heart skip a beat and then another before he places his hands on your shoulders

“Y/N, are you listening to me?” you shake yourself and nod at him before he says

“Listen. No, really listen.” You close your eyes before taking a deep calming breath, pushing aside your romantic feelings for the agent before you nod as if to say your ready to hear what he has to say.

“Our suspect is almost here, which means we’re both going to have to focus or else he’ll make us” he says and you nod, reaching out to take his hand, he takes it giving your hand a gentle squeeze of reassurance. You were positive that doing assignments with your partner hadn’t been quite so difficult before the two of you had taken the plunge with your romantic feelings, but then again Hetty had warned you that doing so would make working together difficult. You sigh before looking up and meeting those brown eyes again, he smiles at you before he reaches out and pushes your hair behind your ear and you lean into his touch.

“I love you Sam” you whisper and he smiles

“I love you too Y/N. Now let’s focus” he says and you nod.

Day 18 -  “Secrets? I love secrets.” with Eric Beale (I haven’t written an Eric fic in so long!)

You sigh, taking a deep breath before you steal yourself for this conversation that you were absolutely dreading. It wasn’t that you weren’t excited to share this news with him but you were nervous as to what his response would be, especially since the two of you hadn’t exactly been together very long. You make your way into the special ops centre, having gained permission from Hetty to go up and visit him. You enter the room and see him sitting next to his work partner and a close friend of yours Nell Jones, neither one of them look up at the sound of the door sliding open so when you stand beside their desk and clear your throat they both startle before looking up at you.

“Oh Y/N, hi” Nell says and you smile at her

“Hi Nell, how are you?” you ask and she gives you a reassuring smile

“I’m doing better now” she says and you nod, you had heard about Nell’s latest hostage situation from a very worried and concerned Eric just a couple of weeks ago, so it was good to hear that she was recovering.“I’m glad to hear it” you say before you look down to meet the blue eyes of your boyfriend, he’s sitting back in his chair letting the two of you talk and you raise an eyebrow at him as you say

“What? No greeting for me today Eric?” you ask and he jumps to his feet, placing his hands-on either side of your waist as a gentle kiss is placed on your lips, once the kiss is broken he rests his forehead against yours as he whispers

“Hello my beautiful” you can’t help the blush that spreads across your face at his pet name for you, before you look away, clearing your throat before you say

“Now I didn’t come all this way just to say, I actually need to talk to you Eric” he raises his hand as if to say just tell me here when you shake your head and he sighs, lacing his fingers through yours he walks with you out of the room, but not before turning back to Nell and saying 

 “Secrets? I love secrets” you can hear her chuckle as the doors close behind you.

Eric leads you into an office that looks like its seen better days. As soon as the door is closed behind you, you begin to pace back and forth, unsure of how to tell him. Eric watches you for a couple of minutes before he stops you, placing his hands on your shoulders and holding you in place. He presses a kiss to your forehead before whispering

“Whatever it is beautiful, I am here for you” you nod and bite your lip. 

 “I’m pregnant Eric” you blurt out and you watch as his eyes bug out, it would be almost comical if it wasn’t so damn serious.

“Yo-you’re pregnant! Are you serious?” he asks, when you nod he throws his arms around you and picks you up, spinning you around in his embrace before placing a passionate on your lips

“I can’t believe it! We’re going to be parents! We’re going to be a little family!” he says before capturing your lips with his again.

Fictober 2019 - Day 9

Day 9 - “There is a certain taste to it.” with LaSalle 

The two of you were standing in the middle of a store having just arrived in Alabama, the first trip back to Chris’ home town since the two of you started dating each other eight months ago.

“Oh before we head home, Ah’ve gotta take you to this place, there’s something that you must try” Chris says as he drives into the parking lot of a small array of shops.

“What?” you ask and he looks at you gives you his signature grin. When he pulls into the car park you get out and meet him in front of the car, he takes your hand and leads you to a small shop, that has amazing smells coming from it. He drags you inside and you are greeted by a plump looking woman with a charming smile and the kindest of faces

“What can Ah do for ya loves?” she asks and you look to Chris who smiles and says

“Two of your bacon flavoured lollipops please” he says and you raise an eyebrow as he holds up a hand

“Don’t knock it till you try it, my dear”. You shake your head. He pays for the lollipops before he hands one of them to you. You’re not quite sure what you expect but a lollipop shaped like a strip of bacon with little bits infused in it is not what you were expecting. As Chris shoves the lollipop in his mouth, eyeing you in anticipation you sigh and place it in your mouth. After letting it sit in your mouth for about thirty seconds you take it out of your mouth and Chris says

“Well what d'ya think?”

“There is a certain taste to it” you say honestly and he chuckles at your answer, before thanking the shop owner and the two of you walk back out to his car.

“Now tell me honestly” he says and you raise an eyebrow at him and he gives you a knowing look

“It’s kinda funky, but a good kinda funky” you say and he cheers. You shake your head and get into the car.

You were nervous, Tammy had told you that she wanted to show you the truth of who they all were and you had wanted to know the truth. As Tammy pulled you into the clearing in the bayou, you could see what she was talking about. Every single one of your teammates was there, celebrating the success of another closed case, but there was something different about them, and you were positive that it wasn’t anything to do with the firelight that was dancing around with them all. You look over at Tammy who has transformed beside you, she looks different, almost like she’s sparkling in the moonlight when you notice that her hair is pushed back to reveal her ears, you gasp when you see just how pointed they are

“Your ears?” you say and she smiles gently

“Yeah, this is what we wanted to show you. Why we work so well together, why we spend so much time with each other because we’re all the same” she says and you look around, at all of your friends and workmates, they’ve all changed. Dwayne is standing there his features are more chiselled than you’ve ever seen them before, he looks almost beautiful and he gives a beautiful smile.

“What kind of creatures are you all?” you ask

“Well, I’m a Fairy, Dwayne is an elf, Hannah here is a Valkryie, Sebastian is a Dryad or a tree nymph” Tammy explains and you look around at your friends

“Wow, you’re all so beautiful” you say and they smile at you before you to change into your true form a glow of bright blue surrounds you and they all gasp

“Wait, your one of us?” LaSalle asks as he enters the clearing, in his true form, a centaur if you’re not mistaken. You nod

“Yes I’m a water spirit” you say and they all nod, before Sebastian makes his way over to you and pulls you close

“Well I’m glad you too can share in our secret world”. You smile at the others

“Thank you for sharing it with me” you say.

“Wow! Tammy, you look, just wow” you say, making your way towards her.

“You really think so?” she asks running her hand down her side, unsure of herself, you nod before making your way to her side

“I think you look beautiful no matter what your wearing but this is just phew” you whisper a slight blush on your cheeks and she beams at you before leaning in and whispering

“Why thank you, Hannah. I think you look beautiful as well”. Your blush deepens, but she’s got you captivated by her gaze, slowly being pulled closer to her like a magnet. Your trance is broken by Pride clearing his throat. He looks between the two of you, not saying anything but clearly wanting to question what he’d just interrupted. You shake yourself and go over the notes that you had for them, before wishing them luck. As Tammy walks by, her hand reaches over and squeezes your hand before she whispers

“Wait up for me?” you lookup into her deep brown eyes and nod

“Of course” you whisper and she smiles before she rushes off after Pride.

You were uncertain as to when your feelings for the brunette had changed from just friends to something more but there was just something about the way she said your name and gave you that little smile, one you were sure was reserved just for you, that sent your heart racing. The two of you had built a quick friendship after the initial conflict and more often then not you would spend evenings with her and her daughter Naomi. You admired the woman for being a sole parent and a hard-working, dedicated special agent. You hesitate as you reach out to knock on the door to her apartment, uncertain as to whether or not she would want you there right now. You knew that Hannah had been through some trying things recently, hell she had even confided in you that even though her and her ex-husband Ryan had been separated for over two years when last they had seen each other, which was only a couple of months ago they had slept together. So when Hannah doesn’t show up for the fourth morning in a row, you begin to worry, hence why you were hesitating on her doorstep now. Shaking yourself, you knock on the door only to be greeted by Naomi. You smile at the young girl

“Hey Naomi, is your mummy home?” you ask and the young girls face falls as she thinks over what to tell you. It’s clear she’s worried about her mum but isn’t sure what to say and how much to tell you. She opens the door to you and tells you that Hannah is up in her room. You ruffle the young girl’s hair before you walk up the stairs towards Hannah’s bedroom. You knock on the door and open it when you hear a small

“Come in”. Your face falls and you instantly rush over to Hannah’s bedside when you see how sickly she looks

“Oh, Hannah,” you say, sitting beside her on the bed and rubbing soothing circles on her back as she throws up in a bucket that’s been put beside her bed. When she finally relaxes back into the pillows you ask

“What’s wrong Hannah? Why didn’t you call? I could’ve been here to help look after you and Naomi” you say and she looks up at you, a small smile on her face for the briefest of seconds before she begins to throw up again. When the vomiting subsides this time she looks at you and whispers

“I’m pregnant Tammy”, you don’t even hesitate, moving to kick off your shoes as you decide to climb into the bed next to her and pull her down into your arms

“Wha-What are you doing?” she asks and you reach out cupping her cheek and running your thumb along her jaw

“I’m taking care of you, and right now you need sleep” you say, before leaning down and placing a kiss on her forehead. When she settles into your embrace and begins to snooze you whisper

“I love you, Hannah”.

“Something we can revisit when my daughter is safe and back where she needs to be” she says and you nod. She turns to leave and you reach out and stop her, squeezing her hand

“Whatever happens Hannah, I’m here for you in whatever way you need” you say and she searches your eyes for a just a few seconds before she nods, squeezing your hand as well “I know Tammy, thank you”.

You wrap your arms close to your body, shaking as tears stream down your face and you walk away from the one person you had sworn you could spend forever with. Together. You couldn’t be happier than when you were near her. Everything just seemed to fit together when you were with the love of your life. And when you held that little positive pregnancy test after what felt like months of infertility, test after test, disappointment after disappointment you were finally ready to experience the joys of motherhood with your wife. You rushed out of the en suite and into your shared bedroom running over to where your wife sat on the corner of the bed.

“Tammy what is it?” she asks when she sees your giddy smile. You dragged her along behind you, after watching her flirt with a handful of different men for the case had not been easy for you, as a matter of fact, it had driven you absolutely bonkers. Now that your suspect was being taken back to headquarters for questioning and you had a moment alone with your girlfriend you decided to show her just how much her little stint had cost her. As soon as your away from prying eyes, you push her up against the wall of a nearby building and crash your lips against hers, your hands instantly finding there way to tangle in her hair as hers instantly wrap themselves around your waist, pulling you flush against her, heat and warmth spreading through you both as you reconnect. When you break the kiss, eyes staring hungrily at her she raises an eyebrow at you and asks

“Tammy?” she asks, voice stern and you sigh, as your hands move to cup her cheeks holding her face in place as you place a gentle kiss to her lips

“I couldn’t stand seeing them putting their hands all over you, causing you to giggle like that, it just- ugh it was maddening” you admit and she chuckles, her hand reaching out to stroke your cheek as you look away

“Were you jealous Tammy?” she asks and your about to shake your head when she growls low right next to your ear and you sigh nodding

“Okay, fine! I admit it! I was jealous. I couldn’t stand to see those sleaze balls touching you and having all of your attention. You’re my fiance. Is it so bad that I want you all to myself?” you ask and she shakes her head, leaning her forehead against yours as she says

“No, its not. As a matter of fact, I think it’s sweet. And when we get home, we can finish this off. But right now we have work to do, so let’s get to it” she says, leaning over and placing her lips on yours one last time before lacing her fingers through yours and dragging you back to the crime scene.
