- the grass in the original shrek movie is not grass. its hair. they used hair textures for the grass bc the actual grass for some reason in their computer modelling programs would not behave like grass so they used hair textures colored green.
- elvis presley was a registered DEA officer who asked nixon for the title and was awarded it.

- the great escape artist houdini was living in a time period where mysticism, fortune telling, ouija boards, seances and etc were becoming very common place and trendy. and he fucking hated it so much. so much that he would go to seances in disguise and make some bullshit off the wall shit like “my son died last year can you let me talk to him” and the seance person would be like ‘THIS IS YOUR SON HELLO FATHER’ then he’d rip off his disguise and be like YOU FRAUD I HAVE NO CHILDREN.
- He died on Halloween night in detroit and as far as i know every year they hold seances on halloween trying to get in contact with his spirit. If seances work i bet his ghost is just pissed off and not responding out of raw spite.
- foxes cant snarl like dogs and wolves cus the muscles in their muzzle dont allowe it so they just drop their jaws and scream.

4th of July Headcanons
Had to jump on the band wagon
- Two-bit buying illegal fireworks
- And then setting his pants on fire accidentally
- Steve constantly yelling ‘Murica’
- Ponyboy writing poems about america and fireworks
- Steve daring Sodapop to set off a firework in the house
- Darry smacking Steve upside the head for telling Soda to do such a stupid dare
- And then smacking Sodapop upside the head for even thinking about it
- Two-bit singing ‘Firework’ Every. Five. Minutes
- Hey, Sodapop, I’d start a revolution for your number. ‘Steve omygod shut up’
- Mr. and Mrs. Curtis taking them to see the fireworks every year
- Johnny really loves the fireworks and loves all the colors
- Surprisingly, Dally likes them too. He mostly brushes it off and pretends to be uninterested but he really loves watching them go off and seeing all the colors.
- Darry taking the boys to see the fireworks to keep the tradition alive (even if his parents aren’t) even if it makes him sad to know that his parents wouldn’t be joining them
- Dallas crying when he sees the fireworks for the first time after Mr. and Mrs. Curtis die
- Johnny bringing a photo of Mr. and Mrs. Curtis along every year so ‘they can see em’ too’
- Ponyboy especially likes the blue ones
- Two-bit throwing tea into the fountain at the park
- The boys making a chocolate cake and decorating it with berries and whipped cream to look like a flag
- Darry barbecuing like a good dad
- Two-bit bringing little flags for everyone to wave around when the fireworks go off
- Steve being decked out in read white and blue gears
- Inviting The Shepard Outfit along to watch the fireworks
- Johnny jumps at the fireworks sometimes, but only the ones that are just noise (Yes, those are things.)
- Dallas hugging Johnny to his side whenever he gets really scared
- Two-bit brings along his sister
- Steve and Sodapop make pop-sicles
- The boys over all love The Fourth Of July, especially when they are together
