WELCOME TO PORT CHARLES ; port charles may look like your normal mid sized city, but underneath the surface is lies, deceit, corruption, and scandal. The city flooded with organized crime, influential corrupt families, vigilante police force, slanderous political figures, and a hospital where everything seems to go wrong. Family trees are muddled with affairs, bribery, and blackmail. Crime organizations run the docks, the drug and weapon trade, and the local businesses. Crooked politicians keep prominent members of the community in their pockets. Doctors have their hands full with gun shot victims, mysterious diseases, and way too many fatal crisis’. And with so much devious scheming, the lawyers of the city are never without a high profile case. And those who are thought dead, never stay that way. Recently the ZACHARRA MOB has moved their territory into port charles, moving guns and drugs out of the pier and slowly encroaching on the GERARD MOB territory. And while a gang war bubbles beneath the surface, there are always casualties and mysterious diseases being treated at GENERAL HOSPITAL. In a town where the scandals and criminal activity never sleeps, WHERE WILL YOU SET YOUR ALLIANCES ??? WHAT WILL YOU DO TO PROTECT YOUR SECRETS ??? AMNESIA . BLACKMAIL. AFFAIRS. MURDER. NAME: dean winchester DOB: january 24, 1979 OCCUPATION: cop ALLIANCES: slightly aligned with the gerard’s from his father but mostly tries to take the side of justice
Dean was born to Port Charles ‘super couple’ John and Mary Winchester while they are on the run. He was born in Lawrence, Kansas. He spent a large portion of his childhood moving from place to place while always looking out for his parents enemies. When Dean was around sixteen, his parents sent him back to Port Charles. But a city like Port Charles would never be a safe place for Dean, but somehow it was home. His father went back to his dirty business with Port Charles’ power players, leading to Dean getting shot as a youth while following his father to a meeting. Soon after Dean found out he had a half brother that his mother kept hidden. Dean was as different from his half brother as he could be, growing up on the run and by modest means, while his brother lives like a PRINCE. Through his brother, Dean found out about the rocky past between his parents, and grew to resent his father. Shortly after a FIRE broke out in Dean’s apartment. When the flames were extinguished all that was found was a body and Dean’s scorpion necklace that never left his person. DEAN WINCHESTER WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD.
For a year his family and friends grieved. But Dean was not in the marked grave decorated with wilting flowers. He was being held captive and brainwashed by the biggest enemy of his parents. Before one of his captors life went out in flames, he revealed to John that DEAN WAS ALIVE. Dean’s parents went on a chase looking for him. The captor moving Dean from place to place that held a part in his parents epic love story, his parents not far behind. In Lawrence, Kansas Dean was given a ticket to Port Charles from his captor and returned home. But it was far from a happy reunion. Dean was brainwashed to forget the love he had for his family and focus on the resentment he also held for them. He was used as a puppet by his former captor to spy on her enemies in port charles. His childhood friend, GRACE LOCKWOOD was the person who realized that Dean was not acting right. Grace set Dean up with a doctor that slowly helped unravel his brain washed part of his mind. Slowly Dean rebelled against his captor’s orders. He moved into Grace’s apartment so she could keep an eye out for him while some of the brainwashing still lingered. Eventually Dean broke the brainwash.
Dean’s life was still plagued with complications of the dangerous situations himself, his brother, his family, and friends were thrown into. Desperate for a way to help them, Dean enrolled in the POLICE ACADEMY and shortly graduated and BECAME A COP. His father, always with his hands in something dark that plagued Port Charles, resented Dean’s decision to join the Police force. It wasn’t an easy job for Dean, with his ties to family and friends frequently warring with his desire to be a righteous and just officer. He was frequently faced with situations of having to arrest those he cared about or letting go of his morals as an PCPD officer. The war between justice and righteousness clouds his mind, making his job an uneasy one.
GRACE LOCKWOOD ( @griefremains ) ; dean grew close to Grace during his first return to the town his parents called home. after coming back from ‘the dead’ and under mind control, Grace was the first to realize that Dean was not himself. She was the one who helped get him help to break the mind control and kept an eye on him until he was able to return to his former self. HALF BROTHER ( OPEN CONNECTION ) ; dean found out about his half brother when his parents returned him to port charles. they got off to a very rocky start, resenting each other for their upbringings. they found themselves frequently competing over women. slowly they began to build a brotherly relationship. his brother assisted on reversing his brain controlling, going through danger lengths to find and blackmail Dean’s captors. MARCEL GERARD ( @learnedmyself ) ; Marcel has been an ally of Dean’s father for decades. while Dean wasn’t exactly close with Marcel, nor did he let himself become a resource for the mob boss, Dean was on semi friendly terms with the coffee importer. OPEN CONNECTIONS ; open for ex’s, siblings, friends, ex friends, enemies, police partners, ect.
