The amount of repeated information in NINE chapters is astounding. All characters are "edgy anime" tropes. They've been on that island for like 20 minutes and every chapter the main character fantasizes about his comic-relief looking best friend and one of three pictures of him is superimposed on the page. There's a couple-page recap at the beginning of every chapter. The story is moving at a breakneck speed, yet it feels like nothing has happened. They repeat educational or "deep" information almost all the time, it feels like reading only the invention chapters of Dr. Stone in a row.
