"I think only Charlie has that right," Davey chuckled softly, grabbing the bottle and topping off his and his brothers glass. “Have you seen her work those eyes? I’ve never seen a grown man-pirate, melt so fast.”

"Yeah, well he can frown at all the glasses he wants. Like father like son." With a sarcastic grin Davey lifted up his glass in a mock cheers and downed the last of the whiskey in it.

"The kid started it." Davey finally spoke, looking up from the dashboard and over to his father. Of course it wasn’t the first time one of his parents needed to come to the school to pick up one of their children for fighting but it was always Charlotte, never him who was in trouble. The fact it was Killian he saw walking into the office, and the fact his father hadn’t said a word to him yet made the teenager a little uneasy.

“And I was defending Charlie and the junior she was defending, one more fight and she would be suspended. The kid was a bully and I didn’t use my magic.”

Headcanon: Despite the fact that Davey’s hair is now black like his fathers, when he was born and for the first bit of his life, Davey had blonde hair just like his sister. When the two were born their hair seemed nearly nonexistent because of the colour, but slowly it darkened until Charlotte had a nice golden blonde and Davey’s turning more brown than anything. His hair kept the colour brown from ages 5-7, darkening each year until it was finally black when he was around 8 years old.

Kindness is often mistaken for softness and let me tell you, friends….that is a mistake you don’t want to make.

Kind people are not born that way, they do not stumble into it, kind people are forged in fire and darkness and imploding stars…they have steel cores. Throw a punch and you’re going to break your hand.

"And you look dashing yourself, Uncle." She grinned brightly, it was rare seeing anyone in the family dressed up but when it happened they all dressed to the 9's. “Charlie starts it in my defense, I just... Finish it.” Willow nodded and chuckled slightly, “I hadn’t thought that nearly everyone Henry invited would show, and Mom has had a bit too much already and it’s showing.”

❛how hard is it to do a wheelie on a motorcycle? how many feet can you go, doing a wheelie, without crashing?❜

"I guess it would depend on the bike, the speed, the weight of the rider, the balls of the rider...” The boy trailed off having begun counting the possibilities off on his fingers and realizing that his brother probably wasn’t interested in the statistics of it all, “Or if you really have a death wish you could try it.”

It was Henry’s wedding and perhaps the first time Willow had worn a dress without putting up a fuss, the brunette had founded herself wandering off from the reception and away from the noise, taking in a moment of silence as she sipped her wine. She turned when she heard footsteps coming up behind her and grinned when she saw her Uncle, “Are you going to make a comment about the dress too? Or do I have to reserve my magical pranks for your children and my siblings only tonight?”
