Awww thanks dude! And thanks for your patience while I get around to answering this.

1. Less a thing and more people, but my friends, especially my spouse. They are the best and my best friend in the whole world and I love them.

2. My cats, for all of the mischief and mayhem, I adore each of these three to pieces.

3. Fencing! My fencing club is great and I love going and just destressing by stabbing people.

4. Writing and drawing! I just really like to be creative and these scratch those itches quite nicely.

5. Nature, just being out in nature makes me super happy. I love being out with wildlife and growing things!

maybe it's the furry in me but I love the comedy of Primachs having mild animal instincts bc Big E was a lil to creative with DNA in the gene lab

Leman and the Lion carrying their Astartes by the scruff of the neck and moving them around in the middle of the night because they heard a noise and got frightened

Sanguinius going broody and sitting on top of Blood Angels, sleeping in a nest lined with his own plucked down feathers

Corax stealing particularly shiny items and generally being a nuisance around the palace bc there is so much fucking gold

Vulkan temperature regulating by lying in volcanic craters

Curious question for my fellow mini painters, do you have a recipe book? As in, a book where you write down the general steps/paints you used for certain models?

I keep one so I can try and be consistent across the factions I have painted though I know my mixes won't be 100% perfect. Doesn't have to be either so long they are close enough.

I have thought about it, but Im afraid it will take the joy out of exploring new paints and combos.

I got my basecoat recipe in my head, but after that, I freestyle every model.

Dreamy and I probably should make a recipe book. So far we get around the problem by painting in batches of minis that all get the same colors so we haven’t encountered much of a problem. But given that we’re moving on to more complicated paint jobs it is probably a good idea. >.>

And after a brief consultation with Dreamy, we are definitely going to do it. Thanks Psi!
