It took me a little while to get back into the swing of making videos after the holidays, but my first video of 2017 is up! I’m talking about my failed New Years Resolutions, the best parts of last year, and a few announcements!

The Don’t Break the Chain Calendar 2017 is here! This a free download to help you stay on track with your goals all year long.

If you’re not familiar with the calendar, it’s a motivational tool where you pick a goal of something you want to do every day (for example, going for a run or practicing an instrument). Once you do it, you cross off that day on the calendar, and eventually you’ll have built up such a long chain that you won’t want to break it by skipping a day.

This year I’ve also introduced a new expanded calendar with room to write a little note every day, for example if your goal is to do some form of exercise, and you want to keep track of what you’ve done.

In case you missed it yesterday!
