"Sydney, welcome to the acoustic section! This has become my favorite part of the show, because this is where I get to really customize this part of the show for each show, for each city that I’m playing. And I play a different thing, a song on guitar and a song on piano every night, and it’s really fun for me to get to sort of dream up—the challenge is to like, make you happy with the songs I choose, so that’s always what I’m trying to do. But with this one, like, I was just thinking about how, you know how much we love you, right? Me, my band, the dancers—you make us feel really special, you really do, and it’s very rare. And the more time we spend around you, the more favorite things that we find about you. But obviously we love your accents, but I have a very specific word that is my favorite word that you say in an Australian accent, and that word is the word ‘no.’ It is glorious, the more you choose to say that ‘naur,’ the more you just—the thing is, I really want you to say it loudly when I say it. So this song incorporates the word ‘no,’ but the choice is yours. You can sing it American like me, or you can just be yourselves and you can say Should’ve Said Naur!"

The girl in the first photo (12 year old me) cried and cried and cried because she would sit for hours on her bedroom floor listening to Fearless when she felt alone and not sure how the future was going to look and then was unable to go to the Fearless tour

The girl in the second photo (26 year old me) cried because she was at the Eras Tour seeing Fearless being played in front of her! Her inner child was healing as every note was played!

Thank you for the most special night @taylorswift! See you again tonight from section 136 - I’ll make sure you give you a big wave for Anti-Hero!!

The first time I ever listened to Taylor Swift I would have never known how much of an impact she would have had on my life and I’m so thankful for every moment.
