And Everyone Wins

Chapter: 23/?

Fandom: Pitch Perfect Pairing: Beca Mitchell/Chloe Beale Summary:  Beca and Chloe haven’t seen each other since high school. They weren’t great friends back then, but, well…That wouldn’t be the only thing that’s changed.

A Beca-as-single-parent AU.

A/N: Sorry for the extra long wait. You all are awesome and I love you <3

Morning After

It’s something really quick, and really short, but I’m stuck with some other stuff and I feel bad for leaving you guys hanging.

Okay, so quick note: both Secret and Music are getting updated, they’re just sticking awfully, so stay tuned, and I love you awesome nerds!

I yawned and stretched, feeling sore muscles in a lot of good places. I frowned (it’s not a bad thing to wake up to, but it’s weird when you don’t immediately remember the night before). I rubbed at my face (no hangover? Fuck yes) and looked around my room, eyeing strewn clothes and a very expensive pair of headphones thrown carelessly to the floor. Beca doesn’t willingly leave those lying around, I thought, frowning, but then I heard a soft snore and looked down.

And my eyes fell of the tiny brunette, carelessly sprawled across my (very naked, by the way) torso. I grinned.

Double fuck yes.

I reached up and ran nimble fingers down Beca’s back, tracing thin red lines as the night before rushed to meet me. No drinking, just Beca (but really, that was more than enough). I shivered, remembering every set of lines and each and every moment that made me carve them into her skin. “Jesus,” I groaned softly, and Beca stirred at my voice. I froze as she yawned and stretched like a cat, then groaned herself.

“Beale,” she growled, and I shivered at the low note her voice hit. She pulled her shoulders forward, as though trying to stretch out back muscles, then flopped back down on my chest. “I hate you right now. My back stings like a bitch.”

I laughed. “Can’t really say I’m sorry,” I snickered. “I’m not. But you might look like Waldo for a few days.”

“Let me find a matching hat,” came the snarky reply, and I chuckled, resuming the tracing of lines down her back. She shivered, lightly, and I grinned. “Can’t imagine you look any better, though.”

I hummed, looking up at the ceiling in thought. “Mmm. Can’t say I was in a position for you to reach my back, if I remember right.” Beca flushed, but her eyes darkened, and I smirked. “But when it comes to damage done ….” I used my free hand to sweep back the red mess that was my hair. “That’s a bit sore, but I can’t see it. How bad?”

Beca looked up at me, and her eyes widened. “Holy shit, Chlo,” she breathed, and then she snickered.

“What?”

“You are so gonna need to wear a scarf or something today or Fat Amy is gonna tease you like no tomorrow.”

i quirked an eyebrow. “Or I could just tell her,” I purred, watching Beca’s face. “I mean, if you don’t mind her knowing exactly where I put my fingers and what I did with them, and just how loud you might have sounded if, y’know, my neck wasn’t there to occupy your mouth.” I resisted the urge to laugh at Beca’s expression. “Or what I did with my–”

Beca crushed her lips against mine, hard and demanding, and I couldn’t help the moan that escaped. “Or I could just shut you up, right now.”

Please.”

Sorry guys, I never meant to make you wait this long for stuff, my computer sucks.
