i've never really got this site's obsession with pathetic men before like no shade to anyone who loves them i just never really understood it? then i watched the sandman & i get it now. i want to put that wet play-doh kitten of a man in the washing machine and then hang him out to dry on the line. i want to put him through a pasta machine and serve him with a freshly tossed salad. i want to tumble him in a mixer filled with rocks for several hours then buff him with progressively smoother sandpaper. i get it now.

Something Abt the way dream could have just...disappeared into a swirl of sand but no, he chose to walk off bc he wanted a dramatic scene in the rain.

I didn't know that GothTwink/English-Lit Professor was a trope I needed but apparently it is and I would like to personally thank Neil Gaiman for giving me two.

If I had a nickel for every time an ethereal being realized they're in love with the person they've been dating for centuries but still refuse to acknowledge as their friend, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that Neil Gaiman did it twice.
