A kingdom ruled by a queen is at war with another kingdom. Since she was raised in a military family and later married the now dead king, decides to go to battle herself, disguised as a man. The most feared soldier of the opposing kingdom is also a woman but doesn’t disguise herself. They fall in love instead and when the ‘straight’ soldier realises she’s fallen in love with a woman it didn’t matter, love is love. The kingdoms made peace, and the soldier became queen too.
hey nonbinary parents u kno how there’s shortened terms for mother and father but no good shortened terms for parent?? well i have the solution for you!!! instead of “parent” u can call urself “guardian” which can be shortened to “guard” and then when ur kid says things like “sorry i can’t go my guard says no” they sound rich and mysteriously important and u dont get misgendered and everyone wins
Additionally, when your kid has a bad influence trying to get them to do something they know you would be against they could say “Sorry, I don’t want to let my guard down” which is both mysterious AND a pun
I hate that trope where gay characters are like “I could never date someone who’s in the closet because I could never force myself in the closet like that again :(” or where the gay character acts like their partner is “ashamed” of them if they’re closeted, not because I don’t totally believe that people like that exist, but because it’s such a Straight way of approaching non-straight sexualities. Most of us know exactly what it’s like to be closeted and unaccepted and scared about the possibility of someone finding out we’re gay so to act like all gay people (because honestly, this trope is so overdone) prioritize Being Out over the comfort and safety and even lives of other gay people is both so disingenuous of how most of us approach relationships in general and is, again, so painfully straight…
“Straight people are boring”
Being gay makes you gay, not interesting.
Being bisexual makes you bisexual, not interesting.
Being pansexual makes you pansexual, not interesting.
Being asexual makes you asexual, not interesting.
Your sexual orientation doesn’t determine how entertaining, interesting, or engaging you are. If you think only thing about you that makes you interesting is your sexual orientation then you need to pick up a hobby or something.
anyway cishets are boring
Being cishet make you cishet, not boring lmao
We’re human, we’re all different. It’s NEVER cool or OK to judge people based on their gender/sexuality. I assume you, as a fellow person in the LGBT+ community, know that better than anyone.
Anyway, cishets are boring.
What kind of discussion is this you have given me nothing to work with here
I’m trying to have a discussion with you, but you’re making it really hard. Eh, maybe another time :P
Also, a lot of my best friends are cishets. They’re not boring lmfaooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
cishets are boring because they don’t understand the struggles that lgbt+ face every day. sure they arent always boring, but it’s fun to make fun of them especially considering so many of them use our sexualities as insults imho
Define ‘boring’.
Because in my experience, it’s people who aren’t funny, and aren’t interesting, not people who don’t understand struggles.
And it’s never OK to judge a group based on individuals. Many cishets have depression and suicidal thoughts. People like you could be the final straw.
Wow cishets are boring AND annoying

to those who feel like they are “faking” it, to those who can’t figure out what attraction feels like, to those too nervous to label themselves out loud, to those who feel too old or too young to be questioning, to those sorting out internalized homophobia, to those unsure of their gender identity, to all of you,
i love you. you’re valid. everything will be ok.
Gay and bi people: who was your first fictional same-gender crush?
Mine was Velma from Scooby-Doo.
