Nakakalungkot isipin na merong mga tao na kayang makalimot sa lahat ng magandang alaala niyo sa isa’t isa kapalit ng isang kasalanan na alam mong pinagsisihan mo na. Talo ka kasi sa kada away niyo, doon at doon babalik, ipaparealize sayo ginawa mo na parang wala kang laban. Masakit at nakakapanghinayang dahil ayaw mong bumitaw kaya lang wala ka namang makapitan. Masakit isipin na parang wala na lang lahat ng iyon. Naglaho na ang lahat. 😢

Wala man lang akong out-of-town travel this holy week holiday!

At Chroma Music Festival 2017 #chroma2017

2 years and 6 months

and counting....

Ganyan na ako katagal dito sa work ko. Madami na nga nagtatanong bakit hindi pa ako umaalis, buti daw nakakayanan ko yung hirap dito eh palaging stressed yung mga tao. Yung mga kasabayan kong nahired 2 years and 6 months ago, unti-unti ng nawawala, pero ako andito pa din.

Naalala ko pa, hindi pa ako binibigyan ng permanency letter, may thinking na ako na umalis agad, kasi grabe yung workloads. Hindi makatarungan, we worked for more than 12 hours per day and sometimes it took us 16 hours working everyday in the office. Wala ng tulog, wala ng gala at yung malungkot wala na din time sa family.

Pero bakit nga ba andito pa ako?

Siguro, for now, what still keeps me stay here is my PRIDE. Pride na nagsaabing, “Tyagain mo lang, hintayin mo ng mapromote ka, Mas maganda na paglabas mo sa SGV, senior ka na. Hindi yung pumasok kang staff, lalabas ka pa din na staff.” They said that the longer we stay, the higher the value we can demand when the time comes na aalis na kami sa firm.

So kapit lang, this July 2017, expecting and hoping na ako na mapromote na. Then sisiguraduhin ko na lalabas ako ng firm na mataas na value ko and at the same time, deserved ko din. :)

It's funny how the people that know the least about you always have the most to say. 😮

Not everyone will be happy for what you achieved nowadays. But don't let that bring you down and just keep striving anyway. Your success is always the fruit of your own PERSONAL hard work. Just be yourself, don't chase people and be an example.

At this point in time, I should already know what my limits are and what ideas I am capable of. I am already on the stage of wanting to at least let myself decide the best for me. I need to be realistic for all my plans in the future and look forward that it is for the betterment and continuing success in my life.

Not everyone can please you. It’s inherit for some people to worry about what others think of us, and no one likes to feel as though they are being judged or criticized. Always make time to reflect and not to think of it every time as it may cause anxiety and could affect some daily life routines. Overthinking is just a creation of mind. Most of our problems are just an imagination. Have a break, find your peace of mind and do not let anyone ruin your life especially if they are just a waste of time.
