Lets start with Supergirl I suggest you have a long read through the blogs of @suprcorp and @nistrids. A ton of shit has gone down at SDCC. There has been plenty of homophobic bullshit being said by most of the cast. Heaps of stupid shit has been said too. They have alienated a decent chunk of their fanbase and continue to glorify an abusive relationship even tho it’s been pointed out as abusive multiple times. M.elissa B.enoist is a shitty human. They have changed the entire feel of the series because Kara is heartbroken over a guy she had only known for less than 6 months. M’elissa compared it to losing her world, which actually fucking happened to kara. Yes they have been problematic in the past (fuck f.lorina and the whole lack of sanvers screen time) and the show has proven time and time again they don’t give a shit about LGBTQ+. They will happily promote sanvers but not give them screentime. They give Karamel screentime and they are toxic and abuse and just fucking terrible but not a health happy relationship. J’ermey said some shit too. It isn’t all the cast it’s most and all the cast have been laughing at homophobic things. I’m over the shit and refuse to support the show any longer.

What’s going on with my blog? I’ll be archiving it and starting again. I refuse to support s.upergirl. I just can’t after all that. They have taken one of my fave characters and ruined her. The most of the cast is ruined for me and I just can’t support it, even if I wanted to. I had already lost interest halfway through the season because of Mon EL. Mon El really fucked it all for me. I watched in the end for L.ynda C.arter. I won’t be watching season 3 or anything after that. Maybe a scene or two if Lynda does end up coming back. I know the Luthors aren’t just a supergirl show thing but yeah no I don’t want to be linked to it.
