When Karlach was little her mom and dad used to entertain and cheer her with 'Mr. & Ms. Tail' - drawing on their tails and making them talk to her in funny voices. Naturally, as everyone is kindof going through it, this has spread to the Tadfools as an ongoing bit.

Tav found it hilarious, but had a little trouble with doing it herself at first - she doesn't have a broad web of skin on her tail and doesn't have room to draw eyes on it. However, Halsin found a perfect pair of acorns on a single stem that makes for ideal googly eyes. Dr. Tail was born.

They harass Astarion because they love him (and it makes him laugh even if he tries to hide it.) Also they've gotten Dammon in on the bit too.

(You have to imagine them flailing around like muppets.)

haarlep is the perfect partner for gossip after a long tedious day dealing with mortals and their brain worms <3
