hi, I'm Kay, and welcome to my Cats sideblog, though I'm way more active here than my main blog (@kaythuwu). Any pronouns are okay, but I prefer they/them.

Cats has been my favorite thing for roughly 3 years now, and it's showing no sign of stopping. I use this blog to post about my headcanons, favorite characters + ships, and to show off my Cats cosplays.

Last thing: Please do not send me asks about Cats 2019. I've only watched it once, and my opinion on it ranges from apathetic at best to negative at worst.

Ehhhh

So here's the thing. I've been going to anime cons for over a decade at this point. I wasn't super big into cosplay, but every so often, I would cosplay an anime or video game character. And while those cosplays were fun, none of them have brought the same joy or passion for the hobby that cosplaying Cats characters have. I've never felt confident in my anime girl cosplays like I do wearing my lycra bodysuits.

I do have a cosplay in the works of a non-Cats character but in the style of Cats, so that doesn't really count. I'm also planning to get stuff to dress up as my dnd character for an upcoming Renfaire. Also, one of my dream cosplays is Anne Boleyn from Six, but who knows if that will ever happen.

I got the position that I really wanted at work and I honestly feel on top of the world

#for context i work at a bank with 8 locations and my job was to cover for people#so i worked at all of them#and ive been doing that for 7 months now#its been fun but some branches are quite a drive and I've been wanting a spot permanently at one for awhile#and due to some internal moving i was able to get a position at the branch closest to my house#its gonna be a big change but im so happy and excited
