Welcome to week 0 of the FMLS90 challenge!
Below you will find the daily prompts and challenge for the week. The goal of the prompts is to serve as a conversation starter. You can spend as much or as little time as you want with each of there. There is no right or wrong answer. Only share what you are comfortable sharing. You can always skip a question or do it and not share the results. Please tag your posts as FMLS90 so we can follow each other’s progress.
This week is an easy one - we are just kicking things off and getting to know each other. As you can see, I post the prompts on Saturday or Sunday for the next week. This allows people to get a head start if they want. They can also work on the challenge or any other prompts that may be hard for them in advance.

- 10/1 - Tell us about your fitness Journey so far.
- 10/2 - What are some of your high level goals for the rest of the year.
- 10/3 - Talk about your support structure. Who are your champions?
- 10/4 - What are some of your unique challenges? How do you plan to overcome them?
- 10/5 - How public or private are you as a person? How much of your fitness Journey do you plan to share here and with your friends and family?
- 10/6 - What are you looking forward to over the next 90 days?
Challenge - Make a post on your blog includes 5-10 pictures that show us who you are. Some ideas include something from your job or school, your family and friends, hobbies, your car, your favorite food etc. Share anything you are comfortable sharing. You can explain the pictures or let them stand on their own. Feel free to be creative and have fun. Post this whenever you would like. Don’t forget to tag FMLS90 so everyone can see your post!
