accurate slavic representation. or at least more of it.

and im not talking about the 'russian/serbian guy is the main villain' trope, im talking real representation that there was actual effort put in. i wanna see albanian dances, i wanna see polish and czech food, i wanna see the nature, heck i even wanna see slovenians and their weird obsession over mountains. i wanna hear the music, i wanna see real struggles talked about.

i want to hear the accents and the beautiful languages talked in. i want to see balkan noses and all of the slavic features shown.

it's not too much to ask for is it?

I've seen a lot of posts in the CR fandom cautioning against shipping "this early in the campaign".

Now it is worth noting that shipping, in and of itself, is completely harmless, and can in fact bring you a lot of joy.

However, shipping with the expectation that your ship will go canon is what can ruin the experience for you.

This is something to keep in mind even as we get further into the campaign.

Also, don't conflate your ship not going canon with queerbaiting and/or homophobia. As a rule of thumb, if the show has more than half of the main characters being confirmed queer, and have three of them end up in queer relationships.... Yeah the show is probably Not queerbaiting or homophobic...

So basically, ship and let ship, but don't invest your happiness in your ship becoming canon when you are watching an improvised show.

I want Laudna to be romanced by an NPC purely to see Matt Mercer get flustered as he flirts with his own wife. He can do a full scale emotionally deep romance with Liam without blushing, but his wife? Nope. He will not survive. And I wanna see it.
