Look lets be honest, we all know student body president doesn’t do SHIT in high school and none of what they do affects anything for any students. With this thought in mind, would you rather vote for the preppy, annoying, “better than everyone because I believe I deserve it” girl who cheats the system you have to deal with, or the coolest girl in school who is kind to everybody and saved the world THREE TIMES because of that fucked system, and also did a sick shrimp jump at this cool party everyone was invited to without discrimination

Israelis don't deserve peace, don't deserve security and safety. They deserve to always be on edge, to live in fear and anxiety, that every day that the Zionist entity and the occupation exists it could be the day a barrage of rockets flies into their heads. They need to be in constant fear that every day a 7th October could be repeated, that the brave people of Gaza will break the walls of their cage and make them feel for one day what Gazawis have felt for decades. No peace for the Israelis until Palestine is free.

If I had a nickel for every time Ally Beardsley played a human who, after making spur of the moment drastic life-changing decisions during a quarter life crisis, found out that her not-girlfriend but still very much friend-with-sexual-tension was dating a very rich, very hot almost-princess for clout and connections I'd have two nickels which isn't a lot but it's weird it happened twice.

How do some people stay fit (seemingly without effort)?

More importantly, is there anything we can learn from this that benefits us?

I talk about the role of genetics, lifestyle, and exercise intensity!

We all have talents and we can learn to leverage them to our benefit. When someone is talented and works hard, we can be inspired by what they've accomplished - especially when it pushes the boundaries of what we thought was possible! I believe that people questioned the possibility of a 400lb bench press in the early 20th century. Then a 500lb one. Nowadays, it seems like many fit people can do them with training (though they're still very impressive).

Lifestyle also plays a massive role in our fitness. Not everyone wants to optimize their eating and sleep patterns, but they definitely help for many fitness goals. Just something to consider.

And finally, some people just have an optimized and consistent exercise routine. You don't always hear about them in the gym, but they get their workouts completed in 20-30 intense minutes. This is enough to make consistent progress for many people! The previous two factors also play a role here.

There are many other factors, but these come to mind when people ask me about this

Have a wonderful day!
