What is an animal or creature you think would make a cool grimm? Also hii, hope you're doing well!!

So! The short answer is ‘a LOT’ so i’m gonna give two answers. For mythical creature - I am very partial to unicorns, and honestly Grimm as dark/corrupted unicorn would be a sick concept. For real animal - I have an old concept of a hunter team on a frozen bay, fighting for their life against a pod of orca Grimm under the ice. That would be a cool concept to see enacted!
I've got a fic for the second one! "Fishing for a Yes" by Breadcrumbs1783. A Bumbleby proposal at a frozen winter wonderland lake goes horribly wrong when what's under the ice wakes up.

Sabers! I'm a sucker for saber-toothed cats, and I was so excited to see them show up in the teaser for vol 7! Would have loved to see an alpha variant, but they were cool on their own.
For your impromptu AMA - Would you ever consider writing a follow-up to "Fractured Ribs and Horsehair". I've already said this in the past, but it's not only my favorite BMBLB fanfic, but it's one of my favorite RWBY fanfics out there! I'm a sucker for the wild west and horse stories.
Sort of? I initially was planning to, but I'm having a hard enough time getting Concrete Trail done, so those plans are definitely on ice, at least for fan fiction.
That said - I am starting to more seriously consider the idea of writing a book for publishing that's essentially a spiritual successor to FR&H. I tossed around the idea of re-writing FR&H itself for a while, but it's not really possible in its current form. I did have a pretty cool concept idea for that at first, but it would be hard to avoid real-world themes that I'm frankly not qualified to tackle. So, spiritual successor is looking more and more likely - and honestly, I love the core story and clearly so do a few people. I think the gay horse girl story will continue through my hands one way or another!
No question, just a reminder that I printed your fic FR&H out in a real actual book and it has a happy place on my bookshelf with my other favorite books. It's really good. <3

For the fic, honestly, surreal? FR&H started as me scratching an itch for a story i wanted but didn’t exist yet - which is how we should write, tbh. You make the best things that way it seems.
As a person - i. I do my best i guess???? I’m actually kind of an asshole in my own way, as we all are, but i’m happy to be some kind of nice influence wherever I can be? Honestly if i made someone happy i did good

I burst out laughing reading this - yeah, your friend pretty much nailed it! I mean, Wilt and Adam do care about each other, but it’s very comparable to ‘coworkers who have worked together for years and are shitty to everyone except each other, but never hang out or speak to each other outside of work’. There’s probably several workplace rumours that they killed somebody together and are just friendly to avoid the other one ratting on them, but nobody’s connected it to that manager that went missing last year.

There have been several "download everything you can because it's so getting deleted" posts wrt to RT being shut down next month so I would like to draw your attention to the Archive of Pimps. People have been working very hard to archive the entire Rooster Teeth catalogue (including First content) and while most of it has been backed up the to Internet Archive they could use help with organizing it. Instead of a bunch of people individually downloading different videos sporadically to their own machines, check to see if the videos you want are already on the archive and you can download them from there and if you might like to help organize.

I'm not a FIRST member, but I wanted to spread the word. The official shutdown date has been announced. May 15 is when it all goes down. One month from today.
This is your absolute LAST CHANCE to save ANYTHING from Rooster Teeth you may want to keep, whether it be RWBY, RvB, Camp Camp, et cetera. If you have any unfinished business, take care of it NOW. Once the calendar hits the 15th, the axe falls.
And just so you know, this is NOT me raising the RWBY white flag. Not even close. I'm not giving up hope anytime soon. Even when the site goes down, we still can't give up. The only time we can ever give up is when Kerry comes out and tells us it's over. And seeing how passionate he and the rest of CRWBY are about this series, that's not going to happen until they have exhausted EVERY option.
