Oh hey, looks like those shitlords are in Massachusetts. Just gonna go ahead and see about reporting them to the state housing authorities, but in the meantime, I'm going to also put the link to the Massachusetts state website page regarding tenant's rights here, because fuuuuuck assholes like that: https://www.mass.gov/info-details/tenant-rights

For folks in other states, I highly recommend looking up your state's laws regarding tenant's rights, because you absolutely have them.
