contrary to apparently popular belief, it isn't a common phenomenon outside the USA to get hired by a military contractor for insurance.
people are bound to call you a hypocrite if you're a disability activist online and your employer is disabling brown (and largely muslim) people offline. i feel people are entitled to that reaction, actually, regardless of how they learned that information.

I can just see Jake giving Holt a “gag” card with a popup heart for father’s day… Holt doesn’t appear to change expression except for the slightest smile but it cuts to him showing the card to Kevin over dinner and he says, “You should have seen me, Kevin. I was a blubbering mess over a simple card, it was quite unbecoming of me. I intend to put it up on the mantel.”

yall my world was just turned upside down i just found out the mongols used colors for directions and west was white and thats the best proposed theory for why belarus is called belarus ie white [west] russia
the red sea is called that because of algae, the black sea was originally an iranian name, and belarus/white rus’ actually comes from the slavic color for north (or northeast, the practice of naming the cardinal directions instead of the four compound directions is complicated or even reversed in some cultures).
