There are some formidable tools for that online! Mainly https://identify.plantnet.org/, but I also stumbled across this really lovely blog: https://www.wunderbares-lappland.de/pflanzendesnordens/ Done based on reference photos from the hike and other references found online. Ordered roughly by when we encountered the plants and the terrain they grow in.
