Being a part of the avengers has been a dream of yours since you were a teenager. Ever since you developed special powers at the age of 13. You’ve always sensed that you had a connection with animals, when you turned 13 all of a sudden when you woke up one morning with your dog CJ staring at you with a tilted head like he was waiting for something. 

You ruffled his ears and through your mind you could hear him say “i like when you do that, thank you y/n.” then you said “you’re welcome buddy.” That’s when you freaked out and fell off your bed just staring at your dog. From then on you learned on your own to hone your powers and find a way to be recruited by the avengers. By the time you were 25 you caught the eye of Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes. Someone had filmed you out in the forests of northern New York helping a wolf that was injured, fitting that the wolf had white fur. 

They couldn’t believe what they saw, you approached the wolf with no fear looking at his leg that was injured and reaching for your backpack and taking out med supplies to clean his wound and wrap it up. Before the wolf walked away he came up to you and bowed his head to touch yours as a thank you for saving him and he turned to walk away and howled. Telling the other packs that she was a helper and to trust her.

Summary:

For two years Bucky had enjoyed his new found freedom. He could go out whenever he wanted. No one was forcing him to do things he didn’t want to do. For the first time in a long time Bucky enjoying was falling in love. You had been the one to capture his heart. He was painfully oblivious that you returned his affections but he’d rather be your friend than nothing at all.

You had been new to the Avengers team when Bucky was found. At first you had volunteered to help bring him in but you worried that your abilities to manipulate metal would make him keep his distance. You had been pleasantly surprised when that wasn’t the case. Now with every day that passed you fell more in love with Bucky, you were also unaware of his feeling for you.

After a raid to a hydra detention center and the discovery of hydra’s new test subject, Bucky will have to confront abuse he didn’t know about. He feels like hydra still has control over him and he’s not sure what to do. When Bucky fell from the train hydra took away his chance at love and a family, now they’ve basically forced it on him. The new revelation with force him make choices he never knew he would have to make, he only hopes he can do the right thing.

Living in the town you’re in had been some what of a rollercoaster. Some good and some really bad. You moved here when you were 9 years old after your parents divorced. When you first arrived you felt really out of place for the first few weeks. Then one day you asked your mom if you could hang out in front of the towns city hall where other kids in the town hung out, maybe you could find some friends. She agreed and let you walk there. When you got there, there were a few kids around your age some a bit older. After hanging around the benches for a little while a boy your age came up with a few of his other buddies and started picking on you because you were new in town and they knew which part you lived in. Not the best part of town but you could tell they were from the better side of town. After trying to get them to leave you alone to no avail, a brunette and blonde boy came up behind them.

“Hey why don’t you leave her alone Brock before I punch you in the face.” The brunette yelled at him.

“Why is she your little girlfriend Barnes?” Brock teased him.

“Come on man she just moved here, lets not let her think everyone here dislikes her.” The small blonde came to your defense this time. With a small bashful smile, you looked up at the boys defending you and felt safe with them around.

“Whatever Rodgers, she’s not even worth it anymore.” And with that the bullies left to do their own thing. When they left that’d when the two boys who defended you looked at you asked of you were ok.

“Hi there, my name is James but you can call me Bucky and this is Steve are you ok?”

"Being an Avenger was staring to take a toll on Bucky, and his 2 best friends Steve and y/n were starting to get concerned. In this time being an Avenger means the more missions you do, no matter how mundane they are, you are paid very well. The reason Bucky has been so over worked is because of his current girlfriend of 6 months, Susan.

When they first started dating, things were good for the first few weeks, Bucky loved her so much he wanted to do anything he could to please her. What Bucky didn’t know was his best friend y/n was already in love with the man.

Y/N met Bucky Just after everyone came back from the blip. Bucky was going to a local coffee shop to grab something to drink and relax, but when he got there all the tables were taken up. After grabbing his coffee he went looking for a table. Bucky saw her sitting by herself reading her book. He came up to her.

“Excuse me is this seat taken?”

You were so shy, that when Wanda and Clint came to ask you to play when you were kids you almost ran home too afraid to say hello. After a few more attempts to ask you to play, your mother talked to you and just told you to give them a chance because they seemed like nice kids. Since that day you have never looked back and thank your mother for pushing you to the 2 best friends you’ll ever have. And now here you are senior year at Howard Stark High School, named after the famed inventor from your hometown. Summer had been great, you and Wanda both worked at the local ice cream shop called May’s while Clint worked right next door at Hawk archery store. Before the first day of school you told wanda that you wanted a little bit of a change for senior year. So she came over and had a day of beauty and went over what you wanted to change.

Curtis closed his eyes as he relaxed in his cot, blocking out the snores of some of the other squad members. His shift was almost over and it had been fairly quiet. Between testing and inspecting gear equipment and exercising, he managed to get a couple of short naps in to fight off any fatigue. Overall, it was a good day.
