Straw Hats: There’s a ton of discussion. Everyone has to be on the same page. It started out as a polycule thing, and then there was group sex here and there with different pairings (you/Franky/Robin, you/Zoro/Luffy etc.) and then the individual sex got kinkier and then the group sex got kinkier and then someone brought up making it a lifestyle thing. The polyamory was already a lifestyle change, as was the kink thing, so what was one more? It seemed a natural progression, though the transition phase was very drawn out. Almost everyone was cautious with it. That’s probably what made it work for you–the reason you trusted them that way in the first place.

There were some ground rules. For safety reasons, a simple “no” acted as a hard stop in most cases rather than a safeword, unless there was prior discussion. If anyone wanted to play with CNC/edgeplay, it had to be heavily discussed and agreed upon ahead of time, along with a heads-up given to others to prevent misunderstandings. You also had a bracelet you wore that acted as a visual indication that you were off-limits for the times you needed a break. It was a soft cloth, so you could wear it to bed.

(Chopper has very gently been informed about the crew’s sexual status for the sake of health testing. He’s mature about it. Bashful but takes it seriously.)

Crew Responses/Habits regarding the new change:

-Luffy is 50-50. He has a fairly average libido for his age–that is to say, high–but he’s so easily distracted that he often doesn’t act on it. When he does, he usually treats it like eating, just thoroughly sating an urge without much greater thought or emotion. On rare occasions, always when it’s just you two, he can be more emotional.

-Zoro’s libido is entirely dependent on his activity. He likes to play after exercising and after battles, when his adrenaline is high. Or after parties or a strong drink. But when he’s not doing more exciting activities, he doesn’t play. Seems he’s not one to fuck out of boredom.

-Nami likes to tease you more than she actually plays with you, but when she does, it’s that much better. She's got a healthy sexual appetite but gets more satisfaction out of receiving rather than giving, and has no issues with leaving you needy and on the edge for someone else to take care of. Will charge others if they (Sanji) want her involved in group play.

-everyone expects Sanji to go way overboard, but he's actually reeaally hesitant about the whole thing. Like he's good if you express enthusiastic consent but he cant get past the whole 'taking whatever/whenever he wants' thing. Is always checking on you throughout the entire thing, it takes him a while to relax a little and get into the lifestyle.

-Robin and Franky have high libidos and are the most open to group stuff. They’re kinkier than the rest in general as well as have the most experience. They're the ones who will take you aside every now and then and ask how you're doing. The bracelet-as-a-marker thing was Robin's idea.

-Brook gets to play only as a reward for good behavior. As long as he lays off the creeper shit. (It’s honestly helped.) He will use toys. You don't know what he gets out of it, but telling you how you’re so beautiful he can feel it with just his spirit is pretty smooth of him, you will admit.

-Jinbe would be even worse than Sanji. He's so honor-minded that even once he got used to the situation he'd still always ask first. it's not the point of the kink but he can't help it.
