Since I mostly do recolors from other creators, the TOU in those cases is with those creators. I always link the mesh to it, the tou has to be observed there. Sometimes I recolor EA content, then feel free to do whatever you want with it. Have fun!

Cheap & Chipped is a collection with refurbished, used, dirty or vintage furnitures/build, with textures in two states (clean & dirty/used). It can be used to play bad landlord, low budget sims or rags to riches gameplay.
