Hello if you have gotten this far then thank you for taking a interest in my characters. As of right now a lot of my rp has been done through discord but I am open to other outlets. The mun is over 21 and does tend to do some nsfw theme if I am comfortable with the other person. I will absolutely do no nsfw themes with minors (yes I mean the darker stuff as well.) I am open to certain pre-establish rps but mostly like to just go with the flow and keep things super organic. For screenshots and things check out my twitter & Instagram. If you suffer from chronic illness I just want you to know it isn’t your fault, was never your fault, and will never be your fault. If you don’t have anyone around you that supports you, or if you (like me) have people around you that actively treat you horribly for it, please remember that you are unbelievably strong and far stronger than those people ever were or will be.

Your limitations are not a burden, you are not an inconvenience, your boundaries are valid and you have every right in the world to be respected and supported for going through something you in no way shape or form chose, and would change in a heartbeat if you could. 

Please do not internalize other people’s issues and end up hating yourself for something out of your control. You are doing your best, and there is nothing more anyone can or ever should ask of you (or anyone). 

And on a final note, you’re allowed bad days. You’re allowed to get scared, get frustrated, get angry, you’re allowed to grieve what illness has stolen from you. You’re allowed all of the emotions that come with chronic illness, just don’t get lost in them. At the end of the day, still try to be grateful for what good you have, or at the very least, another day to try to make it better.

   Hair: Dark gray/Black    Eyes: Bright silver    Height:  5′3″    Build: Slim, Androgynous    Distinguishing Marks: Traditional facial tattoos. Almost black patterns across shoulders and back and partially down their upper arms that are a mix of hollow spots and splodges. Skoli’s claws are also more pronounced than most Keeper’s and their ears have a thicker, wider base.    At A Glance: Skoli’s clothes are often travel worn but well-kept. Any frayed edges will have raggedy threads cut and any tears will have been neatly resewn. Most of what they wear is in dark or natural hues and often decorated with beads, charms and other knicknacks and are a mishmash of fur, leather and cloth. There is also always a belt of several long and slim copper chimes of varying lengths on their person, either around their waist or around their neck and tucked beneath the shirt.

   Tribal Scholars - The Noukai were thought to have died out almost a decade ago. Does your Keeper know a lot of lore regarding other tribes, or simply a scholar with an interest in such? Then feel free to poke at the person claiming to be from a dead tribe!    Tribal Connections - Skoli has been wandering all over the city-states seeking to make connections with other Keeper tribes, though the reason why remains a mystery.    Blue Magic? - Not quite but what Skoli uses is in a similar vein. There are certainly beast-inspired spells in their repertoire.    Bard? - Speaking of repertoire, this Keeper uses music in some of their casting and combines both vocal and instrumental sounds.    Strange Words - Though the Keeper might not look all that out of place, whatever just came out of their mouth certainly is. They could be summoning something dangerous without anyone knowing!    Ignorance is Bliss - Skoli is still extremely ignorant of Eorzean ways and customs. Want to try and wrap them into a scheme by using fancy words or take advantage of their lack of understanding? Go for it.    Looking Lost - Skoli is easily overwhelmed by the sights and sounds of the cities, even the quiet Gridania. They can often be found standing gawping in a side street or just napping in a random corner.    Face Like Thunder - Sometimes, if it hasn’t been a good day and there is too much noise, Skoli will just glare at everyone and everything nearby. Are they looking for a fight? An argument? Who knows.    Street Urchin - Given the well-worn clothes, raggedy hair and muddied feet it would be easy to assume Skoli is just another homeless beggar of the Lane.

Physical Appearance –––

Hair: Teo-Linh’s hair is bright white and brushes against his shoulders and upper back. He often chooses to style it in braids with various interesting headpieces.  

Eyes: Ice Blue

Height: 5′0”

Weight:  120 lbs.

Build: Short and lithe, appearing graceful like a dancer.

Distinguishing Marks: Teo-Linh’s most defining feature has to be the many tattoos that cover various parts of his body. Whether they are Ronkan script or elaborate designs, they cover the entirety of his back, wrap around his collar bones, over both shoulders, and down his arms. There also appear to be some smaller designs on the backs of his legs. What is odd is that the tattoos don’t appear to have been done by the same person, nor at the same time, and while they appear to make up one solid story etched upon his skin, they seem disjointed in places, where one artist was perhaps less skilled than the one who came before. Many of the tattoos that feature Ronkan script seem to have been done by the same artist, someone with a steady hand and a knowledge of Ronkan text. Given that many of these tattoos are in hard-to-reach places, it is clear that Teo did not do them himself.

Teo-Linh makes no attempt to hide any of these tattoos, rather seeming happy to show them off with his various clothing choices. The largest of the pieces is a branching tree that begins on his upper left arm and stretches out across his upper back and over across his collar bones until it reaches his heart. On his back the branches flower and bloom, and droop with fruit. As the eye moves back towards his arm, the tree becomes bare, broken, brittle, until it is consumed by fire resting over his heart.

Fashion: Teo-Linh drifts towards attire commonly seen in the Raktika Greatwood. Both in Slitherbough and among the Viis of Fannow. He tends to prefer clothing that is less “masculine” often choosing loose and flowing garments that, in some places, would be seen as decidedly feminine. His clothing if often made of leather and fur or features feathers or teeth. As mentioned above, he makes use of everything he can. Head pieces also make frequent appearances. It’s unclear if he simply enjoys them or if they play some part in his beliefs. He also seems to be quite fond of jewelry and wears a fair amount of it.

Profession: Apothecary, Healer, and Hedge Witch that serves the denizens of the Rak’tika Greatwood.  

Hobbies: Reading, Researching, tending his many plants, hunting, writing, experimenting with various mixtures, tea.

Languages: Common. Ronkan. Though his Ronkan is academic at best. He certainly couldn’t hold a conversation in it, but could likely translate passages and he certainly uses it to cast.  

Residence: A small hut in the Raktika Greatwood that is not too terribly far from Slitherbough, but is off the beaten path and certainly not close enough to be considered part of the settlement.

Religion: Teo seems to worship the Ronkan Gods, or what he has been able to learn of them in his various studies.

Fears: Sineaters, losing his story, being forgotten.

Nicknames: Some call him Teo while others call him Linh. If he has other nicknames, he is not aware of them.

Personality: Teo is a bit eccentric. Living on his own in the middle of the Greatwood has lead him to do things that others might find strange. It has also lead him to develop his own traditions and ways of communicating. He tends to talk to plants, speak with an almost poetic lilt, and seems overly interested in the life stories of others. If people can get past the strange and sometimes awkward exterior, they will find that Teo is a lonely man who wants nothing more than to be a part of something. To be remembered. To be wanted, cared about, and loved.   

Recreational Substances: Unlikely. He may be able to be coaxed into trying new substances that have hallucinogenic properties to determine if there is perhaps another use for them, but he’s not one for recreational use of drugs or alcohol.

Favorite Foods: Stewed and dried meats, fresh bread, nuts and seeds, various fresh berries.

RP Hooks –––

Outlander – Teo-Linh is from the First and has lived his entire life in the Rak’tika Greatwood. Perhaps your character is a traveler who has come upon him in the woods, or is one of the Night’s Blessed, or a Viis of Fannow? If your character has spent any time in the Greatwood it is possible they have crossed paths.

Need a Healer? – Not only is Teo an Apothecary and Alchemist with great skill in tinctures and potions for all sorts of ailments, he is also quite skilled is magical healing and will happily offer his services to those in need. Don’t have money to pay? No need, Teo very rarely asks for monetary compensation. That said, he may request something else in trade.

Hedge Witch – While quite skilled with healing and elemental magics, Teo also dabbles in hedge magic. Perhaps would like a tincture of protection? A poultice to ward off ill fortunes? Or perhaps you’d like your tea leaves read? Teo would be happy to oblige.

Ronkan Ruins – His research of the Ronkan empire, specifically their religious and magical practices has lead Teo into as many Ronkan Ruins as he could sneak into. If your character also found themselves diving the depths of a lost empire, they may have come across a wandering Mystel.

Anything! - I am pretty sure we can come up with all kinds of reasons for our characters to interact. Just shoot me a message and we’ll talk through it! I am open to just about anything. 

About Me –––

I’m 32, married, with three fuzzy cats and one very hyperactive dog. I have been RPing in some capacity for nearly twenty years. Wow… that makes me feel old. MMO RP is relatively new to me. I joined the RP community if FFXIV in 2017 and haven’t looked back. I am also an avid fan of tabletop RPGs and LARP. I am all about some RP.

I am a big bundle of anxiety. It is much easier for me to interact with people online, but I still find myself dealing with nerves from time to time. This makes large RP events difficult and I usually won’t go without a buddy.

I prefer to RP in-game, but will also RP on Discord if we can’t manage to line things up in-game. Tumblr RP has been difficult for me to keep up with in the past. So, while I will consider it, it’ll take some convincing.

I am not looking for an FC, but would certainly be interested in both IC and OOC Linkshells as well as RP oriented Discord servers.  

I like getting to know my RP partners OOC. This isn’t a requirement or anything, I just enjoy Discord chit chat. 

I really do try my best to be approachable to everyone and I’d love to talk to you, even if we can’t come up with interactions or plots for our characters.

Timezone: CST.  I am generally available for RP most nights of the week after 7 PM. I’m a night owl. So, I’ll probably be around as late as 3 AM. I am available earlier on weekends. I have a lot of free time and can make most things work provided I have time to plan for it.
