“ yeah, yeah! i’m like a cockroach, you know? think i’m dead, but then i’m crawlin’ around in a ballpit... here by choice though, i’m babysitting! ” well, kind of by choice, you guess. “ i’m happy you’re still kickin’, too! ” you go quiet for a minute, just smiling at him— probably your first pause to take a breath this whole time.

hands are wrung together, lip caught between teeth as head tilts lightly. arm being nudged away is not missed but care is not given. weirder things have been found at the circus.
