also i’ll say it. i don’t like ghost files. i don’t care for the crazy new graphics (that they don’t need), the stupidass evidence submitted by fans, the fact that shane and ryan are split up half the time, the crazy new gadgets that bring absolutely nothing… and i say this as a BELIEVER (#boogara) !!!!! it takes away from why i ever watched unsolved in the first place…. SHANE AND RYAN!!!!!!!! they need to go back to filming on an iphone investigating like a chipotle or something sleeping cuddled up in one sleeping bag with NO extra help from the crew. they need to go back to the ROOT of it all. FRIENDSHIP
one of watcher’s biggest misstep is their crazy overhiring ngl. i understand wanting to bring on your family and friends but like it should not take 25 people to make the content they do- and no doubt that’s a huge part of their overhead…! also i think they’ve done a poor job of listening to their fans/viewers, they should’ve revived homemade as that was a low budget show that was doing well and had the potential to take off, they also def needed more shane+ryan shennanigans since that was the reason most people started watching anyway… but that all fell to the wayside in favor of (what they think is) “bigger things”

No there’s def comphet happening like Latino coconut is 100% gay like his first marriage only happened bc he got his high school sweetheart pregnant and they felt pressured to be married and then he spent their entire marriage avoiding her by running off to war instead. And then he got another girlfriend later and whenever someone mentioned the possibility of him marrying her he would have a panic attack. So yeah he’s gay and is still repressed about it. Pale coconut does like women for real obviously he’s just very in love with the other one so he would always come before any of his previous girlfriends
that is some crazy ass textbook comphet. like the new episode i watched was like Comphet Central.. many people have told me latino coconut has a therapist but i think his therapist kinda sucks ngl. Interesting. hope that someone cracks that coconut open soon

when he tells him about the guardianship thing the conversation goes like “can you even do that without my consent” “well my lawyer did say that you could refuse” “but you knew that i wouldn’t”. like he’s fully aware that he could say no but puts him down anyway without even asking because he knows that he’d never refuse. also this is right after latino coconut got shot and while he was in the hospital pale coconut was literally the one to go tell his son what happened and stay at his house looking after his son.
also there’s a bit before this where they both take his son to see santa and a woman goes up to pale coconut and says “you guys have an adorable son” and pale coconut just smiles and says thank you. this happens at the same time that latino coconut is in the midst of reconciling with his estranged wife/kid’s mom btw.
