I had this game and after like 2 months of playing, the mayor character in my game just completely disappeared, and I could still see his stats or whatever and his mood was always “in the mood”. He was trapped in a dimension of horniness.

I remember that at a certain point you unlocked a secret superhero lair and can become “ratman/woman” and that there was this one goth chick that worshipped a …cow god? And that if you tried to fuck with the time and date to get rooms built faster aliens would come invade the town as punishment for your hubris. 10/10 would play again
