I asked if, “you ever miss me?” you said,“yes,i miss neeru!” i know that i have changed,but so have you. may be, i changed more,compared to you. but it was obvious for me to change. such metamorphosis of thoughts,i have been through i had my reasons for having changed. ਜਿਸ ਰਾਹ ਤੇ ਤੁਰਦੇ ਆਇਆ ਇਹ ਬਦਲਾਵ ਉਸ ਰਾਹ ਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਕੰਡੇ ਚੁਬੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੋਂ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਕਾਲੀ ਰਾਤ ਸੀ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਕੀ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਹੋਣੀ ਸੀ ਤੂੰ ਕਿਹੜਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੀ its pointless to justify change what am i justifying it for? because what we had is no more. and now i have myself and a void to look at. and try everyday to act like it is not there.

ਰੰਗ ਅਸਮਾਨੀ ਤੇ ੳੁਮਰ ਜਵਾਨੀ ਨਾ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਇਕੋ ਜਿਹੇ ਯਾਰਾ~

this poem is dedicated to a young muslim boy,who has to leave hindustan during the partition of 1947.he is spent the most beautiful time period of life which we call “childhood” in hindustan and now he has all old. Depicting his state of mind through this poem,

ਖੁਆਬ ਤਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਉਥੋਂ ਦੇ ਈ  ਆਉਂਦੇ  ਨੇ ਅੱਧੀ ਰਾਤੀ ਨਿੰਦਰ ਚੋਂ ਜਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਨੇ ਨਾਲ ਖੇਡਿਆ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਮਿੱਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੀ ਮੈਂ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਯਾਦ ਹਜੇ ਵੀ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਨੇ ਕੀ ਗੱਲ ਸੁਣਾਵਾਂ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਉਸ ਹਵਾ ਦੀ ਮੈਂ ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਨੈਣ ਮੇਰੇ ਭਰ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਨੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਸਰਹੱਦਾਂ ਦਾ ਗਿਆਨ ਨਾ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਸੀ ਧਰਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਸਭ ਸਮਝਾਉਂਦੇ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਤਾਂ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਨੀਰ ਵਹਾਉਂਦੇ ਨੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਧਰਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਐਵੇਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਲੜਾਉਂਦੇ ਨੇ

Krishna : This statement means more to me, than any other worship. I’ve surrendered myself to the one who thought of me as a friend. Forever and ever!

ਕਦੀ ਉਸ ਸ਼ਖ਼ਸ ਦੀ ਸਵੱਲੀ ਨਿਗਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਮ ਤੋਂ ਖਾਸ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ ਬੜਾ ਸੋਹਣਾ ਸੀ ਉਹ ਇਹਸਾਸ ਮੈਂ ਸਮਝ ਬੈਠਾ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਇਹ ਹੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਹੈ ਅੱਜ ਉਸਦੀ ਬੇਗੌਲੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਖਾਸ ਤੋਂ ਆਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਇਕ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਜਿਹਾ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਹੀ ਕਿਹ ਸਕਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਇਹ ਹੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਹੈ

ਦਿਲ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਦਾਸੀ ਦੀ ਘਟਾ ਜਿਹੀ ਛਾ ਗਈ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਕਾਲੀ ਬਦਲੀ ਯਾਦ ਤੇਰੀ ਅਾ ਗਈ~
