Something I want to point out is that, despite it being strongly suggested that Vault Tec dropped the first bomb, we still aren't sure if that's what happened. Cooper and Janey were clearly caught by surprise when they dropped - do you really think that Barb wouldn't have made damn sure that she knew the exact date it would happen? Or, was Vault Tec so horrifically sinister that they took her idea and didn't even let her know when it was going to occur?
