Been a hot damn minute huh? Well I did it! Self-published my own book! Already writing another book within the same universe, different characters. But I'm going to start to be more active again. I have two different book series within the same universe planned that I've been messing around with in my head for the better part of 20 years. (Yes... I'm that old... :C)

Anyways I understand if those who only followed for the WoW content unfollow. But I do hope you join me for the progression of these books. I do have an Instagram and I have been regularly posting there but I can't share character prompts and writing snippets there like I can with Tumblr. It'll benefit me to have both.

Here I am just popping up out of nowhere lol. Honestly just really proud of actually achieving a goal I set for myself. Even if it did take 3 years to achieve. Life has been rough and I don't nearly play WoW as much as I'd like. (Which sucks because I genuinely did really like Dragonflight. Just was not in a place to play it.) So I've been writing my book here.

I have no words. I finished it a couple of weeks ago and I’m still riding that high. I showed my husband and broke down in tears. I’ve never worked so hard on a goal, and actually achieved it. Through the depression, financial problems, life’s hurdles and the loneliness. I did it.

Proof reading and editing is done and I'm in the process of hiring a cover designer. I'm now looking for writer/author forums and people who I can give a free copy to in exchange for a review on their blog or social media account.

But in the end, I don’t care if it doesn’t make me rich. The fact that I will have a physical copy of something I wrote is enough. The opportunity to share this story is enough. Already planning the second book!!

The synopsis:

Set in a high medical fantasy world full of magic, dangerous beasts, and conflicting nations. The story follows a little mage girl named Micha. She lives at the prestigious magi academy and seat of power for the Mage’s Guild, E’rithar, found as an orphan with rare magical abilities. But since she can remember she’s had visions or dreams. The Mage’ Guild wants her to forget these visions but she’s driven to find what they mean, who she is and where she came from. When a necromancer attacks the academy she and her friends take the chance to escape their gilded cage. On her travels she meets the broken barbarian warrior, Zack, who vows to protect her as she runs from the bloodthirsty templar Nymoria who is sent to bring her back. The templar seeks her death, the Guild seeks to bring her back alive all while the necromancer seemingly is on the same path, sowing chaos and death as he builds his army. Can she escape with her and her friends alive and find who she is?

Who here remembers the game/chat site called Furcadia? Orgrimmar is giving off that distinct vibe now with all the naked dragons running around. XD 

I’m not dead!! Just been very quiet. Moved to a new state and have been working a lot. When not working I’m playing ARK or classic wow or trying to get my new puppy to not eat things in my new house. But I’ve picked up writing again. Working on a book that I hope to publish online hopefully by the end of the year? But that might be wishful thinking lol.

Anyways I’m looking to just do some character questionnaire things for the characters in the book. Just for fun and to get a better feel for them (will post them here of course!). Anyone have good ones or favorites they could recommend?

I’m... still alive. For those who are still following me. I’m hoping to get back into art soon but in the mean time I’ve dragged my husband into FF14. He’s loving it.
