Another new expansion pack for you, EP18 Businesses & Hobbies! Stairs, doors, arches, and much more!
- Collection files included
- Shadow file included (you only ever need one in your Downloads folder)
- To install the stairs (which are recolourable), make sure to put the scripts files in the modular stairs scriptorium folder!
- Guitar requires Argon's mods to work (You also need to grab/select the guitar at the base of the stand/holder for recolors, action, and moving)
- Tea set is functional
- Fireplaces are in Appliances > Misc
- Midsummer Cooler cloned from PenelopT's Picnic Basket
- Cake Stand Blush Pottery cloned from MidgetheTree's Cake Stand (located in Appliances > Misc)
- Patterned Rug by Local Arts requires Tvickiesims' SP31 Plushly Bold Rug (included)
- Pottery Wheel is a default replacement only and the plate does not spin 🤷♀️
- Frame-form Jazz artwork is a recolor of the The Lady on Red
- Open for Business! Floor and Wall Sign are independent of each other. I'd recommend having one or the other on your business lot. I did my best to make Numeno's All-Placement mod work, but I'm just a baby.

Hi Nikki, how are you doing? I hope you won't mind me asking a question about making clothing cc... I have added morphs to an outfit I've converted, everything shows up in game and works fine. However, fat sims still have the skinny body model - the clothing morph shows up but looks extremely weird with the skinny legs (the outfit is quite short). I've double checked the comments in Milkshape and everything looks good, so what could I have missed? Do I actually need to include morphs for the Sims 2 body in my mesh? Because none of the tutorials I've seen suggested that, everyone just had the visible parts of the skinny Sims body in a separate group.

Hi, yes, the body needs morphs as well. They work the same as clothing with the same comments (with different morph numbers)

The laundromat set is separated and the dryer floats on its own so....they kind of go together that way. If you wanted a floor dryer, you can clone one of the dryers offered in the mod and swap for the washer model. I didn't do it cuz.... yep :)

⚡ Simple Laundry Update
- Improvements for apartments: sims won't consider neighbor's laundry objects, unless they're standing in neighbor's apartment - Maids will stay on the lot and wait for a washing machine to finish, so that they can dry or put away clean clothes - Your sims will get motive bonuses if non-family members do their laundry on livable lots (i.e. if you influenced them) - Disallowed washing clothes on Hotel lots, 'cause hotel housekeepers ARE CURSED - Laundry bag no longer slowly fades, but quickly disappears, after sims put away clean clothes from washers/dryers, 'cause slow fade was too slow - A configuration of ChangeOutfitLeaveClothingPile(100%) where sims drop clothes almost every time if there are no hampers, even neat sims; and if there are hampers, sloppy sims still sometimes leave a pile (closer to how it works in sims 3 & 4) - More expensive machines work faster - Edited prices; a dryer costs $1 more than a washer from the same set, 'cause I kept confusing them in the catalogue!

235 TS4 posters - yes, 235! - placed on Lord Crumps' set of slaved meshes, found here. These come from most of the TS4 packs; I did all the posters I could find except the ones Lord Crumps already did (Base Game, Cozy Gamer and Casanova Cave). Master mesh is included, and files are labled according to the TS4 pack the poster came from. They are all induvidual files, so you can easily delete what you don't want, and keep the ones you do.

Hey everyone it seems there a malicious individual trying to hack the sims cc community again and fill it with malware you need to stay vigilant as a creator and a downloader so
i have some tips for both to stay safe while downloading:
1- sims cc file extension is always .Package never download anything that is .exe
2- do not auto unpack zip files and rar files into your mods folder directly, open each zip or rar individually check the file extensions and drag them to your mods folder one by one
3- the only mods that have a .ts4script extension are ones that affect gameplay or how the game works, understand that if you are downloading cas or bb items you shouldn't have a .ts4script file
4- if you are downloading gameplay mods that do have .ts4script make sure that A) the creator hasn't announced on their pages that its infected B) you are downloading from a link provided by the creator of the mods themselves not something off of google or a link you got sent and make sure dates of upload match dated of announcements
5- if the mod or cc creator has retired and hasn't posted for a while LOOK AT THE DATES OF THE UPLOAD if it has been "updated recently" after the creator has left the community its most likely re-uploaded by a hacker and infected
6- download mod gaurd by Twisted mexi and keep it updated and keep your windows defender or malware detector Program up to date and always running do not disable it
7- make sure everything you download comes from a direct link from the cc creator, in this day and age do not trust link shortners, adfly, linkverse, etc get the universal bypass extension and ublock extension to stay safe but genuinely NEVER CLICK ON THOSE no matter how much the creator reassures you its safe it. is. NOT.
8- this is more of a general saftey precaution but, create a system restore point weekly before you run the game with new mods that way if anything happens you could have a chance to restore your windows to an earlier date before you downloaded anything.
9- BACK UP YOUR SHIT im serious right now either weekly or monthly put your files somewhere safe like a usb a storage card a hard drive even an online cloud if you dont have any of the previous.
10- files you should back up are your media from games and media everything else, any mods, games saves, work files, passwords, saved bookmarks, any documents txt files word files pdfs, links you saved, brushes or actions for Photoshop if you have any, any digital bills or certificates if you have any, and keep a physical list of all programs you have installed and where you installed them from
11- turn on any 2 factor authentication and security measures for any account you have
12- google and firefox have the option to check your paswords and emails against any data leaks USE THIS FEATURE and change any leaked passwords
13- regularly check your logged in sessions to make sure all the logged in devices or computers are yours and log out any that aren't and any old devices or unused sessions do this for every website and app you have an account on if available
14- change your passwords often. I know this is a hassle i know its hard to come up with new passwords but changing your passwords every few months will help you against anything mention previously that wasn't detected.
15- and as a cc creator check your cc and the accounts you host cc on and its uplaod and update dates make sure nothing has been changed without your permission :(
16- generally try not to get swept up in the "i must get it" fever you do not need to "shop" for mods weekly or monthly you do not need to download everything by that one creator you do not need to download new cc everytime you want to make a sim, im guilty of this so i know how hard it is to resist but take a breath and think "do i want this or do i need it" before downloading.
These are prevention methods i cant claim they are 100% will prevent any hacking but its better to be safe than sorry and these do keep you safe so

WINDOW UPDATE - I have updated the windows to have 2 recolourable subsets, an oversight from when I did those last time. Have these files replace your existing ones if you have them from the every* window set! This set has also been updated.

I’m still slogging through ep18 businesses and hobbies. I have positive irl stuff going on and it’s harder to sit converting when I’m feeling like my best self in…8-9 years…?
Anyway, point is, I will probably go through what I have and upload this week. I will also upload the wips in case someone feels inclined to finish. I’m not a modder so not going to get any of the wishes I saw people wanted granted 😂

Welcome to your new Sims 2 Stuff Pack! Where items have been made functional and some mods have even been created (thanks @lamare-sims!) Also big thanks to my @simnopke, @hugelunatic and @episims for being consultants to me!
What this pack includes - mod wise;
- A new functional buffet platter, with this item you can place it on any surface, spawn any food item for a price, and use like a buffet table! Prices / serving quantities are tunable. Thanks Lamare again!
- Drinks fountain - with thanks to @jacky93sims I managed to take their Witchy Brew Cauldron and make it a drinks fountain! It has new drinks and new GUIDs for all, so it will not conflict with the Cauldron or them drinks! The drink names and models are taken from TS4.
- Drinks Fountain side note - you can buy all drinks from the fountain, but the drink colour on the fountain itself will be defaulted to the "Fruit Punch" drink, you can recolour it to be what ever colour you want.
- Included is an edit (once again, thanks lamare) to Autonomous Put Away Leftovers by Mog. If you have this mod in your game, have this mod edit replace the existing file. The edit makes it so that sims wont autonomously rush to put away a dish if there is a party or if there are even slightly hungry residents or greeted visitors on the lot (that are also not sleeping, not babies and not off lot). If you do not have this mod, you can delete the mod edit from the folder.
Download includes;
- Shadow File - Required for shadows, you only need one shadow file in your game so delete if you already have one.
- Collection file.
- All items from Luxury Party.
- All modded items such as drinks etc mentioned above.
