Honestly though major props to Voltron - I can’t recall an instance in which one male character says “I love you” to another male character in any context in a cartoon. Whether you ship Sheith romantically, or just see them as good friends/brotherly, that scene was pretty amazing. Shiro and Keith have a very strong bond and it’s great that this show has portrayed love being verbally expressed between two guys.
