how do you emotionally move forward when life is so stagnant rn ?? we cant go anywhere or see anyone and itโs cold outside .. the only kind of character development or emotional growth rn probably comes from lots of introspection which kinda makes u think in circles alot of the time?? and go crazy?? i make a lot of drawings to deal with it and it helps but idk .. i guess theres no real answer to this im just thinking
incidentally did you guys ever see what duck dynasty looked like before they decided to start cosplaying as working class rural people:
Hey look โ itโs true.
This is huge. This will help people from being forced to take jobs with companies that are cavalier with worker safety.
So Iโm aware I havenโt really posted anything in a while but I hope this reaches someone. My brotherโs name is Efren. Growing up he used to tease and make fun of me, but among all the teasing he also helped raise me along with our mom. When he was little he wanted to be an architect. But his is the story that a lot of Mexican American working class families face: either take the opportunities available to you to attain your dreams, or curtail those in order to take care of your family. He chose his family. After graduating high school he turned down full ride scholarships in order to stay and work to help pay the bills. It was just him, my mom, and me. After a couple of years we got stable enough economically that he was able to go to college, but after graduation we fell on hard times again and instead of finding work in his field or applying to architecture school like he always dreamed, he decided to stick around and help us again. Itโs because of his choice to help our family that I was able to go to college too, something that for a time I didnโt think was possible. Itโs because of him that I was able to apply to and get accepted into a PhD program in the hopes of becoming a professor. Itโs because of him that my mom has a house to call her own. My mom and I owe him everything. Yesterday, he was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Heโs uninsured. Iโm a student, our mom works in childcare. Thereโs a high success rate for remission if he gets treatment, but we canโt afford it. Heโs all me and my mom have, and we canโt lose him. He chose family growing up, and itโs my turn to choose him. Please, any donation helps. I just want him to come home.
I know times are tough with covid and everything so if anyone could please just spare a dollar or a reblog thatd be great. I canโt lose him.

Keep protesters safe!
I am angry. Furious. But Iโm also tired. that being said, I am 100% supportive of these kids going for metaphorical blood. Iโm sorry that it fell to you. Iโm sorry we couldnโt prevent this. I hope you are successful so the next victims wonโt be you or your younger siblings, You deserve to be safe in your schools. You deserve not to be afraid. And I am so proud of each and every one of you. You are the change we need.ย
Yo if any of my followers are attending the protests, please be careful! Listen to advice, do your research, stay in groups, etc.!
PLEASE stop making these protests about Gen Z. The majority of us are still kids. The majority of protesters are NOT Gen Z. These protests didnโt start because of Gen Z, they started because the murder of a black man was caught on camera and they refused to punish any of the officers involved. And that was just the last straw. This country was built on the oppression of black people. Stop taking attention away from black people who are fighting for their lives. Stop trying to make this about you.
Does the government really think that the generation that has F E D on dystopian, teenage revolution๏ฟผ๏ฟผ with corrupt government books, ate/smoked TIDE PODS, did stupid ass stuff for the sake of an A P P, went to AREA 51 for aliens, AND have been ready to die since BIRTH really THINK THAT WE WOULD ROLL OVER AND ACCEPT THE SHIT THEY PULLโN RN???? Really? Wow. Lamo. They ainโt clowns, they a whole fucken CIRCUS ๐
In the spirit of the protests and riots I say
That we need an anthem and I know the perfect song.
It's perfect. Imagine it. A swarm of angry gen z kinds coming to fuck up the government while this booms out. They'd be fucking shook.
Literal brain rot
Gen Z is on a whole other level. it's like we are a complete different breed.
look at this photo
Look at it closer. Closer.
Itโs a photo of a black man, fist raised, standing on top of a monument that used to commemorate a long-dead slave holder. That monument is now in the river.
These protests arenโt dangerous. Tearing down these statues isnโt destroying history. Theyโre doing their best to fucking fix it.
If you have a problem like that, look at this photo again. Keep looking until you understand.
The reason gen Z is so willing to protest and meme the racists until they implode, but are nervous about asking for more sauce is because we respect people but we donโt respect authority.
And if you think about it itโs not surprising. We have so many stories where the plucky found family of heroes beat the tyrannical and oppressive authority, wether it be a mean misunderstanding principle or a full dystopian government, with the combined powers of inginuity, gumption and friendship. And we have even more stories where people treat each other as equals with honesty and respect and come out better and happier for it.
It makes all the sense in the world that we treat people who are there to serve us with a massive amount of respect because we recognize that those people are there to make our lives easier so we hate to inconvenience them more than we have to. It also makes sense that we treat oppressive authorities figures with distain and mockery because weโve been explocitly shown what oppressive authority looks like and weโre tired of it.
The cops should be afraid of gen z
You've seen what we do "for the vine" imagine what we will now do with black lives on the line?
