Day 1 First Kiss or College AU for the @winter-atla-femslash week event! This started out as sukitara and ended up azutara because sometimes nemisis to nemisis love can just be so meaningful…?
please don’t ask me about azula’s arms (I don’t know how long her limbs are!) or the nonsensical lightsource (they are bathed in the glow of eachother’s aura!!).

i think it’s funny when people are like “fanfiction is more diverse + progressive than literary fiction” when i’ve literally experienced exponentially more racial microaggressions and flat-out racism from fan communities than i ever did from the literary world lol
maybe that writer on twitter who said “fanfic actively teaches you to be a worse writer actually”….the one who got hate piled onto her by everyone….maybe she had a point
