so many of you are so wrapped up in tumblr and rampant media consumption that you dont ever think about real life. like as soon as you think of things like homophobia you immediately link it to representation and tv shows and movies... yes those have a direct effect on lots of people but you need to gain some serious perspective if that's all you actually care about is your need to consume and consume and consume and never think about... irl stuff.

Gonna go on a little vent/tangent really fast

I never expected SHINee to comeback after December so soon.

Part of me wishes they took a few more months to themselves.

But, the other part of me is glad they came back with From Now On and had the FNO concerts.

I cant even imagine how they felt. Or the strength they had to get to say ‘yes we are doing them’ let alone continue at all.

But, despite all of that, they had the FNO concerts. TSOL. Countless. Sunny Side.

I’m glad they continued this year, because without them and if how they now say his name without hesitating never happened, I dont think I would have the strength to get past this year.

They allowed themselves to grieve and pay tribute to him with us, and I’m glad they did.

They are the strongest 5 men ever and I love them.

Their names are Lee Jinki, Kim Jonghyun, Kim Kibum, Choi Minho and Lee Taemin.

I just wanted to say that I’m proud of you, if you ignored feelings of hurting yourself even once, if you decided to talk to a friend, said yes to an invitation, if you pushed yourself to get out of bed and go to class, went for a run, studied, said hi to someone, did something you’re anxious about, shower or eat a good meal despite having no energy; if you took a step to take care of yourself today, rather than isolate or ruin yourself despite having no motivation or self worth, keep going because you’re doing good; i know how hard it is and I’m proud of you

This was such amazing news to wake up to! Jinki undoubtedly has one of the strongest and downright haunting vocals in this industry, and I just know this album’s gonna be one of the best releases in SM history 😍

Also idk about you guys but personally I’m hoping he calls it Grace.
