It's a lot healthier to go for a daily walk than to sign up for a gym membership you won't be using because you hate that kind of exercise. It's a lot healthier to eat a frozen meal than to skip a meal because you were too tired to cook something healthy. It's a lot healthier to take a quick shower than to procrastinate an elaborate routine for days. Don't aim so high that you won't be hitting anything!

Hi!! I hope you do not mind me answering this publicly. If you'd like to chat more, you are more than welcome to message me <33 I was planning on making a post to address my delay in getting this chapter up. In short: life has been movin' and groovin' and either I haven't had the time, or there's a lack of inspiration all around. The great news is, I recently emerged from my writers block, life has slowed down a bit, and the chapter is nearly done! Also, I can't tell you how many times I wrote something and then scraped it. This next chapter deals with some heavy stuff and I was obsessing over conveying it in a way I would be happy with. Happy to say I've landed in my sweet spot and I think this chappy is going to be a good one!
