She felt the guilt gnaw at her inside. It was the time spent working for the company that made her look like she was distancing herself. Far from it, though. Luna was her best friend by far, and it pained Am to see her hurting.

“So when do you want to start?” She asked, her smile flawlessly painted onto her face.

-≪☾≫ “As soon as possible!”

    Luna was overjoyed! She would get to learn a hard routine with her idol! Even if they were best friends, Luna looked up to her so dearly. She was the reason Luna kept trying to get better and better after all! She had even taken up cardfighting because of her, not just because of what they represented as an idol duo!

So this rly scared me bc for some reason it didn’t register that the whole tank was filled with water not just the little jar….

<\☠/> “Oh, Luna …”

Am sighed, shaking her head. On impulse, she put her hands on the girl’s shoulders, tugging her into a hug.

“You’re not a bother, alright? You’re my friend. It means a lot that you’d want to learn this for me. But … Let’s do it together, alright? Learning something like this is more fun when it’s the two of us. After all, we’re partners.”

-≪☾≫”You mean that? I’m not a bother? I would... I would love to learn it with you. Please help me to learn! I just... I want to do things with you... You always seem so distant Am...”

      She hugged her back tightly, happy at least she seemed to want to do things with her. She felt like she was just some sort of handicap though...

-≪☾≫ “I…I was just wanting to surprise you. Please don’t be mad at me…”

Am sighed, shaking her head. She wasn’t trying to discourage Luna, she just knew when someone might be attempting something a little beyond their current reach.

“I’m not mad, not even close. I even appreciate the surpise. I just wish you would have told me. It’s supposed to be a two person performance, after all. I could be helping you with the steps, making sure it’s done right.”

-≪☾≫ “But you’re so busy! I was trying to do something for myself!”

       She felt like such a burden. Am was so smart and kind... She was just happy and bubbly. A lot of use that was. She sighed, trying to smile, to at least let her know she appreciated all her efforts.

      “I’m just tired of being a big bother...”
