      Curling up  CLOSER  to the archer, a  CONTENT SIGH  slipped through rosy lips as familiar digits  GENTLY TOUSLED  blonde locks. The gesture alone was  COMFORTING  but the fact that Nao was so  WARM  &&  cozy to cuddle up to in such a manner....well, it made it easy for her to  DOZE OFF  against him.  ❛  You’re my favorite pillow, Nao...  ❜  The words were  MUTTERED SOFTLY  in a moment of brief consciousness before  SLUMBER  overtook her once again, slender arms tightening their grip around her companion’s waist.

      ❛  T-That’s… ❜  Terrifying. Too difficult. IMPOSSIBLE . The words rang  LOUDLY  in the back of her mind, swallowing the  LUMP  in her throat as a bright shade of  CRIMSON  painted porcelain cheeks. I can’t just walk up to you  &&  kiss you, Nao  ——  you probably  WOULDN’T  like it very much if I did that. Delicate digits  FIDGETED  with stray locks of blonde, twirling  &&  untwirling them frantically as she heard her  PULSE  pounding in her ears. Heartbeat  THUNDERING  like a frightened rabbits, the princess slowly took one step back from the archer, head shaking as she dropped her gaze, preferring to stare at her own feet rather than her  crush’s  best friend’s face.

      ❛  I-I could  NEVER  do something like that, ever.       She was a bit  SURPRISED  to be suddenly pulled  SO CLOSE  to him, but she quickly found  COMFORT  in his embrace. Arms reached out to return the gesture as rosy lips found their way to her father’s cheek for a  BRIEF  moment, pulling away only at his rather  PREDICTABLE  question.  ❛  It hasn’t been the easiest thing to adjust to, but....everyone around here seems fairly tolerable  ------  I’ve even made a few  FRIENDS  shockingly enough.  ❜  She paused momentarily, burgundy hues  STUDYING  him before fluttering shut as a soft sigh escaped her lips.
