Okay, so here is the final version!!
One thing that I've come to love about Aloy as a character is that she is unknowingly incredible at loving and showing love, but understands very quickly that the world she lives in, often stands in its own way. So she always gives. Meeting Seyka allowed her to finally RECEIVE. Despite knowing she didn't have time for something like a romance, Aloy simply couldn't help it. She found a version of herself in Seyka that she could not only like, but love. The weight of that love seemingly frees and suffocates both of them at the same time, but they ultimately decide it's worth it. While others find hope in Aloy's abilities, Seyka discovered it in her eyes, her touch, her words.
I appreciate the little things they put into this DLC. The biggest thing I loved was getting to see Aloy live a little. Laugh, and smile and blush and be shy and be frazzled. I appreciate the boldness they built Seyka with. Bold enough to call Aloy out, bold enough to be vulnerable, bold enough to admit she lied, bold enough to admit she wanted more from Aloy.
The gay panic is top notch, the gentleness that they pull out of each other is enough to make me puke butterflies. But the biggest thing I admire most about this DLC is they were not afraid to tell the narrative that love is hard and scary and often does not come without obstacles to overcome.

Neither unicorn nor pegasus, Alicorns appear to have traits from both species, but are so much more beyond that.
The first alicorns are known as The Two Sisters, a pair of unicorns with magic so potent, they changed the face of the sky forever. After growing wings, the young alicorns were called princesses and treated like royalty, thanked for their gift of the sun and moon. But as time went on, it became clear that these were not simply horses with extra features, but something else entirely.
When mature, alicorns are massive deities that stretch across the sky, ferrying the sun and moon to all corners of the world, leaving magic and dreams in their wake.
Being larger than the tallest mountains, goddesses generally don't interact with ponies on an individual basis. When they do, it is a terrifying honor; one that will alter the course of your life forever. Listen to the Sun speaking into your mind, and pray you are still the same pony when she is done.

That's correct! Luna is 100% based on a black heron, the daytime/nighttime bird. They shade the water with their wings to make fish think it's a sheltered area safe from hungry herons, and yet...

I had an idea for a COTL AU in which the Lamb is a reincarnation of the original god of death, known as the Shepherd of Souls.

I've been resource gathering for YEARS so now I am going to share my dragons hoard
Floorplanner. Design and furnish a house for you to use for having a consistent background in your comic or anything! Free, you need an account, easy to use, and you can save multiple houses.
Comparing Heights. Input the heights of characters to see what the different is between them. Great for keeping consistency. Free.
Magma. Draw online with friends in real time. Great for practice or hanging out. Free, paid plan available, account preferred.
Smithsonian Open Access. Loads of free images. Free.
SketchDaily. Lots of pose references, massive library, is set on a timer so you can practice quick figure drawing. Free.
SculptGL. A sculpting tool which I am yet to master, but you should be able to make whatever 3d object you like with it. free.
Pexels. Free stock images. And the search engine is actually pretty good at pulling up what you want.
Figurosity. Great pose references, diverse body types, lots of "how to draw" videos directly on the site, the models are 3d and you can rotate the angle, but you can't make custom poses or edit body proportions. Free, account option, paid plans available.
Line of Action. More drawing references, this one also has a focus on expressions, hands/feet, animals, landscapes. Free.
Animal Photo. You pose a 3d skull model and select an animal species, and they give you a bunch of photo references for that animal at that angle. Super handy. Free.
Height Weight Chart. You ever see an OC listed as having a certain weight but then they look Wildly different than the number suggests? Well here's a site to avoid that! It shows real people at different weights and heights to give you a better idea of what these abstract numbers all look like. Free to use.
Jedi culture & community fics, my beloved! They're a bit of a rare breed for what you're specifically looking for, specifically focusing on positive Jedi worldbuilding, so if anyone has genfic recs outside of the ones I know, please feel free to add them! But these should help scratch that itch for you, each of them has at least some focus on Jedi philosophy or how Jedi interact with each other or the lessons they teach! It's been awhile since I've read some of them, so there might be some that aren't quite as in-line with how I see the Jedi these days, but they're all ones I felt portrayed them pretty positively and they're all genfic (except one that I made an exception for) and all really lovely fics I remember enjoying for the Jedi worldbuilding aspects! And there are some that will make you absolutely melt with how much you love these characters and their beautiful culture, because by god if canon's not going to give us as much detail as we want, fandom will step up. And fandom made sure to not just focus on the disaster lineage--we love Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Ahsoka, we always want more of them, please don't stop writing Jedi worldbuilding with them!--but also Mace and Yoda and Quinlan and Qui-Gon and even some Jedi OCs get some love in these fics, which makes me want to explode with joy to see! Five years of shift work will mess up anyone’s sleep habits. Cal gets tired at all the wrong times and is wide awake when he shouldn’t be. Except now, there’s no shift pattern ruling his entire existence. It’s all ‘go to this planet you’ve never heard of, hunt down this thing a Jedi Master left for you to find, dodge this crazy Inquisitor woman who wants you dead…’ Cal’s happy to be doing something meaningful again, but it’s a little confusing for his body clock. Cere told him to sleep in, readjust to sleeping regular, routine hours again. He wants to, really, however ‘get more sleep, Cal’ is just another thing he needs to remaster along with his connection to the Force, his lightsaber skills, his social skills in polite company (neither Cere nor Greez appreciate the knuckle cracking), and asking for help…
He shivers and huddles deeper into himself.
