btw the thing she couldn’t ignore was someone calling her out for saying anti-depressants/hormone therapy are only perscribed by lazy doctors

Update:

J.K. Rowling is apparently now filing a defamation lawsuit against someone who made fun of her for saying this, which means its time to spread this like wildfire!

I’ve seen a few of this guys vids (the pullup one most recently) floating around now and i cannot tell you how much i love them.

there’s so much emphasis on getting in shape and exercising, but it all just assumes that everyone can already do these exercises to begin with.

you need to build up your body’s muscles first and i will forever rage that PE/Gym class never teaches kids how

this man’s a pure blessing for breaking these exercises down to easier steps

So I hate exercise. HATE. But I love this guy’s videos, and I’m going to start doing what he suggests, because I need to start looking after my body.

This is Hampton Liu of Hybrid Calisthenics! His Instagram is a really good source of low impact exercises and are great for folks with limited mobility, disabilities, or want to build body strength and flexibility. He’s definitely worth following!
