i wrote this to make myself feel better, but i realized that i’m not the only one upset, right? so i decided to share. i don’t want anybody to be offended or hurt because that is not my intention. i don’t want any negativity, either, and if anybody decides to send me harmful things, just know i’m not going to respond. please, please, please enjoy, and remember that there are still four boys we have to support and take care of, as well as zayn. we have to have their backs because they always have ours. 

Upon feeling his phone buzz, Zayn stops on the sidewalk and pulls the device from his pocket, instantly allowing a large grin to overtake his face.

It’s a text from Louis, asking if he can take a break from the books to catch up for a bit tomorrow night.

Zayn’s smile only grows. It’s been three months since he made the life-altering decision – since he picked himself for once – and though he can’t be more happier or rejuvenated than he is now, he misses his four brothers desperately. He misses them with his whole heart.
