i barely play anymore but i’ve had my account for like. many many years

i’ve been able to log on every time with my saved password on my old computer. try to log in 4 days later after the last time. cant get in. even tho i didnt change anything. so potentially hacked ig.

i put in a support ticket and they want info from like 15 years ago. im sorry i dont have the neocash cards that r older than dirt. it’s just so frustrating that i might lose my entire account because i can’t remember the original email from so many years ago & didn’t keep the neocash cards. but i can literally tell them so much info about my account that nobody but me would know. like my pink korbat keyquest token when keyquest doesnt even exist anymore. or my old baby jubjub thats now on a permed account. thats not good enough!!! gotta retain info from a millenia ago. -_-

I think the absolute worst thing about trying to get an account back on Neo is that none of these people know what the fuck they’re talking about. There is zero rhyme or reason as to what is needed to get an account back; one day you’ll get a staff member who just needs to know the original email used and bam you’re good to go, and another day you’ll get a staff member who needs to know the first pet you ever created, how many codestones you’ve used for training, every Neocash purchase you’ve made, and how many fingers they’re holding up like jesus christ they could at least train their people to keep things consistent, because it’s exhausting and depressing to see how many people on the DAILY are fucked over and unable to access their accounts because they can’t do something stupid like log into a 30 year old email address that doesn’t exist anymore. Anyway end rant lol good luck friend
