were there people wanting superarrow pre crisis on earth x? bc the nazi superarrow thing feels like such a weird choice

For me it was way before Invasion lol

I like writing and reading crackships cause I already have my canon ships on the shows, and fanwork for me it’s all about the What Ifs. 

I’ve read a Superflash fic but in that story, Superarrow had amazing chemistry so I started shipping them. 

When Invasion happened, I went back on writing fanfics to improve my writing in a foreign language skills... Then, Earth X happened (I hated the n*zi shit btw, but I just liked that Melissa and Stephen had more interactions than in the previous x-over). Then, someone edited their kiss so it looks like is actually Supergirl and Green Arrow and I lvoed it. 

Most of my stories are about them and other crackships I think is fund to work with but yep, I judge people shipping n*azi Kara and Oliver. I can’t even read fics about them (there are plenty, believe me)... is a big no. 

I’m not going to lie, I ship this.

Stefan didn’t just die for Damon, he really died for the Klar*line ship and that’s just sad.

Unpopular opinion…

… but this fandom culture is so toxic. Mostly because it has come down to nitpicking and criticizing everything you watch just because it doesn’t go with your crazy fanfic. One episode does not represent the whole show. There is a thing called story arc that takes a couple of episode, or maybe even a whole season, or maybe even longer, but you people just jump on to the hate wagon and pile on before you see the outcome. And everything comes down to shipping and ship wars and I get it. I’ve been obsessed with a pairing to the point where it hurts when nothing happens between them but I also can recognize that that is crazy. We live in the age of binging and fast internet access so we pour our opinions out for everyone to see and most of the time, those opinions are very negative and toxic, and worst part is you go and attack actors for a character’s storyline. Let me say that again, you go online, you send a hateful message to a person you don’t know about their work and a fictional character that doesn’t exist just because you can’t tell the difference between reality and fiction. I want to enjoy the shows I watch and be able to go online and join the discussion about it but the fandom is always so negative. Every single show I watch is the same. The one fandom that I still have faith in is b99. That is the only show where I know I can go on tumblr and people will be nice and post gifs and reactions and i know I can safely enjoy being a part of the fandom. Maybe even one day at a time. Mostly sitcoms have a more chill fandoms. Everyone is gay and happy in those fandoms. Everyone else, do better, be nices, stop attacking other people for liking differen characters and different ships than you.

So another reason why I hate Regina’s “Redemption” arc:

No one can be any worse than she was. Yet they’re all treated like they are.

I’m thinking mostly of Zelena, Hades and Gideon for example. All of them had someone (ironically, two of them had Regina of all people) telling them that they were un-redemable because of their actions in the past, but Regina has done worse than all of them. Like, if there was a check list of every evil act a person could do (rape, murder, abuse etc), Regina has checked it. Every single one. I honestly cannot think of a single thing that Regina HASN’T done.

Oh wait, she hasn’t completely destroyed a persons very soul like Hades did to Robin (though that’s more due to the fact that she didn’t know how, rather than her actually choosing not to).

The point is, Regina was “redeemed” so early on that no other villain could possibly live up to the villain she was, yet they’re treated like they do. I think the worst being Gideon. Emma told Rumple his son was evil and couldn’t be saved because he tried to kill her twice. Regina has tried to kill Emma more than twice. Not to mention how many murder attempts she tried for Snow White. Yet Gideon was the one she drew a line for? Gideon couldn’t be saved but Regina could? (Bare in mind that, at the time, everyone believed Gideon was trying to kill Emma in order to take her power and save all the children the Black Fairy had kidnapped.)

So yeah. Another reason why Regina’s “Redemption” was an absolute joke to me.

This is the only season where Regina was the main character and she could only keep it going for 10 episodes before it was canceled…

Arrow’s treatment of Dinah Drake

I am really bothered how Arrow treats the third Black Canary. (Well they treated the second one like shit too, but this is another topic.) They treat all the characters wearing the title Black Canary really bad. 

Black Canary should be a major character, enough with this OTA, who became boring and hypocritical cowards.

Juliana Harkavy is an amazing actress and so sweet human being, she trains so hard and is so athletic, and her character has such a big potential to be more leading one and to bring Black Canary to greatness and equal level next to Green Arrow. But the writers just doesn’t allow it. She is just there for the fight scenes and that’s it. She was barely in the crossover episodes, she is barely promoted. She was not introduced to the other heroes as the new Black Canary. She didn’t even met White Canary - the woman whose legacy she is following. She is treated like a minor secondary character no matter that they gave her the title Black Canary. She barely interacts with Green Arrow and now (spoilers)……………………… they will make her at odds with him. 

I really love her character and she alone would make me watch Arrow again, but the bad writing and the focus on OTA turning them into Mary Sues just destroys it for me, it is one and the same interactions and one and the same conversations between those three characters which does not allow the show to progress, move on, and the characters to develop.
