these were all drawn without reference btw. i can just. Understand Hands now (for the most part, im sure theres definitely inaccuracies). im a little baffled

If a worker who isn't the owner says ANYTHING similar to "I'm not really supposed to do this but-" and then does something that helps you, under no circumstances inform the business, including through reviews. You tell them that the worker was polite, professional, the very model of customer service and why you like to go there. You do not breathe a word of the rulebreaking.
"They really went above and beyond for me, and it's appreciated. They should be recognized and rewarded for what a great job they do."
Bonus: You can also do this right away. "Hey, can I talk to your supervisor? I want to tell them you did a good job." This works especially well if they're in a call center or something like that, which can often be anonymous and soul-crushing.

Honestly, it's like picking up a book and saying "I know all these words, I can type, I could have written this" like there's no middle step between the technical ability and the finished work.
It's never felt more like a 'Fuck western lefties' time for Iranians than now! Two terrorist regimes are going at each other, the result is going to be more misery and civilian deaths. More destruction and casualties. There's nothing to cheer for here.
I can just hope this won't escalate into another humanitarian crisis. God knows the world doesn't need more war and loss of innocent lives right now.
