I’m creating a save file so the houses tell a story about the sims that live there, the sims aren’t available with the house but they will be once the save file is up (soon, I hope!)

I based this build around a single mom who has 2 female toddlers and she’s also pregnant with a boy!
I used some CC but not a lot. I’ll put the links for the CC! Make sure to download the CC otherwise you won’t have it in your build💓
So this build was barely a build in itself but when I found this Eiffel Tower decoration I just had to do something more with it! It’s a basic park but feel free to edit it to your own taste! 🖤 before your download the park, you WILL need the Eiffel Tower Statue by RightHearted! Get it HERE ☁️
isolation has been SO boring, and I was struggling to come up with different builds to create until I decided to try and do a ‘Friends’ inspired build. I know this idea has been done a million times before, but I wanted to add my own twist to it as well so not everything it’s absolutely accurate to the friends apartment! (I also made it a house rather than an apartment because I wanted less stress since I’m not experienced with apartment builds at all!)
The build itself isn’t the greatest but the decorating was what I focused on more.

I decided to create a spellcaster shop that sims could use instead of travelling to the magic realm and only getting a selection of items (plus, I think it would be pretty cool to own your own shop with potions and spellcasting books!)

I decided to do an apartment build for an up and coming actress/actor who wants to live the lavish lifestyle that celebrities live & be the most known celebrity in town!
This apartment build is available on the gallery as a room! It is under ‘kitchen’. The lot I used for the build was ‘1312 21 Chic Street’. I had to remove a couple of walls but they can be easily added back in!

Hey! I created this home aimed at 2 siblings, one is an artist and another is a drama student. The drama student is also a single parent! And to also add, they still live with their parents! (Hence the plain looking room!)
This is just an idea storyline, no one has to follow this!
This is only my 2nd build so far! It isn’t the greatest but I’m proud of the improvement I’ve been making!

Hi everyone! I put a mini-tutorial explaining how to find CC that makes sims shiny right in CAS without having to load the game, and instruction how to fix faulty content. I posted it in my Blogspot because I feel that it is easier to read on wider page.
And if you have any additional questions about this mini-tutorial feel free to ask either in comments on Tumblr or in Blogspot. I won’t respond to questions about where to download Studio and how to make it work. I linked everything in the post.
