Armin: You know, when I said 'bring me back something from the coast' I meant like a seashell or something.
Eren, struggling to hold onto a seagull: Well how was I suppose to know??

Really all I want is for Vi to be pampered. It’s what she deserves. 😤

I haven't seen anybody talking abt how Vi was constantly looking at Powder/Jinx during their combat with the Firelights so I decided to comment on it (with some of my thoughts) in case it was too subtle.

During the combat Vi looks at Powder/Jinx three times and I think it's really interesting how it was depicted!

The first time Vi looks is when they're back to back (moments after "connecting" again to her sister after so long). It's kinda like she's searching for who Powder/Jinx has become like "who am I fighting alongside?" with a little touch of "is she still the sister I remember?" not sure if she can trust her but at the same time leaving her back for her sister to take care of (the same way she'll do for her).

The second time is when she realizes her sister might not be who she thought she was anymore. She's different now, she's enjoying that moment, she's having fun. That's shocking and the questions are "who has she become? What happened to the Powder I knew? What happened to my sister?"

The third time is right before she's hit. She understands that that girl standing right in front of her is not the sister she knew anymore, that's another person and she runs towards her as if she's going to save Powder from this thing Silco has made her little sister become.

This sequence is just tragic and painful to me...

Please share your thoughts abt this too!

I can’t stop thinking about if they’d been allowed to be canon… they’d be exactly the same grumpy, old obnoxious bastards as always but with more sexual bribery. *shrug* We we robbed of so much hilarity and I’m still sour about it.

(And no Sam’s not a voyeur, it’s just TFW is still cheap enough to share motel rooms on cases, imho)
