🎐 A Token of Friendship 🌸

Today is @vesprynna 's birthday, and as always that means birthday art! This year featuring her blue Oni Taiga, sharing a moment of quiet with his love Noriyo, and his tengu friend Minoru.

The two youkai both share a bond over struggles living with mortals. Many years ago Taiga helped the younger tengu overcome his fears, to face the person he loved, which allowed them to eventually start a life together.

Now Taiga struggles revealing his true self, and he even struggles to accept that Noriyo loves him regardless. But together they remind eachother that their struggles can be overcome. Minoru offers Taiga another feather, like he did as thanks all those years back. But this time it's because they are friends.

It also gave me an opportunity to try out more brushes. And how to do backlights with them. It startet out as a small sketch, but I liked their expressions so much ❤️

Treasure Cruise

My partner asked if I could create a custom sleeve artwork for his Treasure magic deck, so I did! Attempted to make it look like a Vintage travel poster, and I think it turned out looking the part 😊

They turned out very well printed too! It was a fun little challenge. I kept the boat as close to the original referencing the actual card, but still put my own little twist on the details.

🌿☀️The Dance☀️🌿

In one of our sessions, during our heroes stay in Silverymoon Gaeril wanted to reach out to the druids in the area. Upon reaching the Evergreen Garden there was a celebration. Alusys, being a halfling from a farm community, and a bard, joined in without question, and upon spotting her shy druid glancing at her from beneath the shadows of the trees she sweeps over and pulls him out of his shell.

Had a secret Valentines event on a small art discord with friends, and I got to draw @vesprynna 's character Storyteller ❤️

I had been wanting to illustrate Kamelot's Stories Unheard for a while as well, so inspiration struck and I drew this with the song in mind. I definately recommend listening to it 🥰

Had the urge to draw something with a minimal palette and got inspired by the Skyscale from Guild Wars 2, or rather the skin I have for it on my main Derek. So I drew the two together, watching the sky.

It's something I do now and then ingame, because I just like how the sky looks.

Winter Joy

New year, new brushes, new Gaeril and Alusys art! I recently bought a few sets from True Grit texture supply, and I had to try them! Really enjoyed working with the markers, and the texture is lovely!

Playful Winter

A little art discord I'm on hosted a secret santa event and I got to draw for Martearty ❤️

This is her lovely characters Tyra and Tanja playing in the snow. They built a locely snowy steed, and with the mighty showel no one stands a chance!

Tanja gathered some twigs and branches for it's tail while Tyra stole the corn bundle for it's mane. The birds are now patiently waiting for the girls to be called in for dinner.

Drawn traditionally, and colored with coloring pencils! Merry Christmas to all 🎄
